Hotel terbaik di Rochecorbon

Je mets 3/5 étant donné que je n'ai pas pu profiter de la prestation. Négociation impossible avec l'hôtel pour décaler la réservation d'une nuit (même en payant un supplément) car j'ai pris l'option tarifaire non modifiable. Désolant dans la mesure où l'hôtel est loin d'être rempli à cette date.

A noter que la literie est parfaite par contre toute petite salle de bain avec un toilette pas pratique. Tout était très propre mais il y a un mais, une mauvais odeur de remontée des égouts, dommage. Accueil de jour comme de nuit parfait et serviable, il manque un ascenseur pour le côté PMR qui serai l'idéal. Concernant le petit déjeuner bien mais il manque du choix de pains, de fruits et les viennoiseries malheureusement sont peut être de la veille simplement réchauffer, dommage.

Excellent accueil, l'emplacement est parfait et le prix correcte, par contre la literie pas confortable, le matelas est creusé, dommage de se réveiller est d'avoir mal au dos, pt déjeuner très peu de choses, très light plus baguette uniquement pain de mie et cake.

Stayed here with a friend and while the venue itself is gorgeous, the rest of it isn't great for a girls trip. The rooms are all kind of kinky....lots of black and very dark lighting. I couldn't see my own face well enough in the bathroom mirror to do my makeup, I had to stand by the window with the mirror to see anything. Very light staff- and most of them do not speak English. I tried asking for an iron/ironing board and after talking to several staff who said they were working on it for me, it never came. Also, apparently not every room comes with a shower- so watch out for that, you may just get a tub. The shower in my room didn't have any place to put your soap or shampoo so it had to go on the floor of the shower- not ideal! There's no restaurant in the hotel, and no restaurants walking distance. So if you don't have a car, your best bet is to order room service to the terrace, which is a very limited menu- but the cheese board is very good. The video on the website implies you can see views of the Loire river from the chateau- but unfortunately there is only a view of a children's water park below. This place is more suited for couples who are traveling with a car.

I have eaten in the restaurant associated with this hostel a couple of times and since I needed to return to the city for an event, I thought I would try out the hostel because I know the city well and don't need to be right in the centre. Upon trying to book my reservation, I was told that they are imposing the health pass throughout the hotel (not just in the restaurant space - which is what the law requires here in France). They also repeatedly mentioned mask-wearing etc. which is fine, but it does not make for a good experience when making a booking. Of course, the health requirements are important, but I have decided to stay elsewhere because I find it strange to discriminate against people without the health pass with such zeal. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere and in a less anxiety-inducing place. I don't want to have to show my health pass each time I come and go from a hotel.

La réception très agréable, la salle de gym et piscine bien agréable, la chambre bien dommage que les lits grincent, dommage que les chambres ne soient pas en quinconces. Hôtel très calme à proximité de toutes commodités comme gare, restaurant, cathédrale, tribunal, rue nationale pour les magasins et vieux Tours. Le petit-déjeuner nous n'avons pas pris mais les appartements de l'hôtel sont bien équipés sauf le grille pain qui manque.

Nice comfortable modern hotel, very good breakfast, bacon and scrambled eggs were excellent, but there is a large choice of fruits/pastrys/cold meats and cheeses. Staff we spoke to were nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, Wifi was awful on the second floor and the reception staff were unwilling to help, but I believe it was okay on other floors. Great location, nect to station, and convenient for the town centre, and lots of nice bars and restaurants.

Nous sommes venus ce soir (7 Juillet à 23h) La personne lors de ma réservation la veille m’a bien expliquée que la machine à clés n’était pas compatible avec leur nouveau système d’ouverture de porte mais m’a assuré qu’en appelant au numéro indiqué juste au dessus une personne allait venir rapidement. Nous arrivons, nous téléphonons comme demandé… 3 appels et personne ne réponds…. Appel d’un autre client (qui était déjà sur place depuis une dizaine de minutes) et miracle une personne décroche et lui demande toutes ses informations. Il me passe le combiné et elle nous demande les notre. Elle nous dit que quelqu’un arrive… 10 minutes après la dame rappelle le monsieur en disant que quelqu’un arrivera 15 minutes après… Nous avons fait 2h+3h de route, notre fils handicapé était épuisé et pas bien du tout ! Nous avons donc décidés de ne pas rester et d’aller à un autre hôtel évidemment plus cher mais où il y avait une personne à la réception qui nous a donné notre clé de suite et nous avons pu rejoindre directement une chambre bien plus confortable. Lors de notre attente nous avons croisés d’autres clients qui voulaient une chambre, nous leurs avons racontés notre mésaventure et eux aussi ont préfères aller ailleurs et ils ont bien fait !! Si vous réservez chez eux prenez note que la réception ferme à 21h donc si vous arrivez après prévoyez d’aller ailleurs !!!!
