Must ask for sea view room 1708 is amazing🤩🤩 The view is in one word amazing waking up to the sunrise and watching the clouds and mountains meet and have breakfast by seaside and walk down the steps to the beach its simply amazing. Breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed was served which was not as good as the self serve buffet. Location is close to the bus station where u can get to the old city. My advise get a ride to the nearest tram station thats more reliable or pick route with several bus alternatives since they dont arrive on time as shown on google.

I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old city, 10 mins walk to the harbour, less to the bazaar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And also they have pet rabbits in the garden !!!

Over all, excellent location and great hotel. And before I go on to my justification for not giving the full star rating, I want to say I would recommend Dogan hotel to anyone who wants to stay in old town Antalya, great atmosphere, location, and staff. But, something was a little off... It is hard to exactly say what it was. Mostly it was an accumulation of smaller things that just didn't make this stay perfect. At breakfast even though there where plenty of staff service was slow and our egg order never came. The rail the shower was on had come loose from the wall at the lower end, the shower needed to be overextended in order to get it back to it's holder, the floor was ... For lack of better word... Viscous (floor was not slippery but could easily twist feet). And a few other things. Each by itself not an issue but coming together just made the stay not full point worthy. All said and done, it's still a good and very quaint hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone.

Hotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team

Great location in centre of Old Town surrounded by narrow lanes with numerous quality restaurants and bars ,very helpful staff comfy room quaint hotel with lovely courtyard and small pool . Exceeded my expectations very good value for money , would highly recommend .The room had recently been renovated with fantastic en suite with powerful shower and got water . Check prices in bars as the same fees beer can be 90 lira to 180 lira for no apparent reason . Will definitely return to this Hotel if in Antalya. Staff could not be more helpful and reception spoke excellent english.

The air conditioning could benefit from strategic placement for optimal cooling, but this was a minor inconvenience against the overwhelmingly positive experiences. The pool area was a serene oasis, impeccably maintained with ample sunbeds, and the hotel readily provided towels upon request. Although small, the pool was a refreshing respite from the warmth, fulfilling our need for an occasional cool dip. Breakfast by the pool was a delightful start to our days. The dedicated and warm-hearted staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, epitomising hospitality. Their kindness was highlighted when they accommodated our late departure, allowing us to savor one more day by the pool and use the public facilities even after checking out, keeping our bags in a secure room. Urcu Hotel, with its blend of tradition, comfort, and outstanding service, deserves more than just five stars. The friendly staff, clean and cozy atmosphere, and central location made our stay an unforgettable journey through the cultural tapestry of Antalya. Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

Красивый холл с диванами и подсветкой вечером, комфортные комнаты, удобные кровати, чистая удобная туалетная комната, халаты и тапочки, приятный спа -хамам, сауна, массаж, отличный спортивный зал - хорошие тренажеры, теплый большой бассейн в здании, там же джакузи, есть детская комната, хорошо оснащена. Красивый ресторан, вкусные завтраки - много овощей и фруктов, сыров, готовят омлет, фильтр кофе, чай, молоко, кофемашина, сок апельсиновый, в 17 час. Чаепитие в холле с булочками. Вечером живая музыка. В комнатах кровать на балконе, очень удобно!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and the highlight being the AC unit. The hotel isn't to far from the city centre about 15min walk. Safe very friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. The only disappointment was you can't order takeaway and eat in the hotel. The hotel has a bar/restaurant but is a little pricey then what you would get locally.
