We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.

Pretty close to Charles De Gaulle airport. The cost to the airport is about 12 Euro by Uber and about 20 Euro by taxi. The hotel does offer shuttle service to the airport (5 Euro), but the last shuttle is at 10 am. No bottle water offered, but you can get hot water in the lobby.

I had to pay €150 as a security deposit, which Trip.com never mentioned anywhere. However, the hotel receptionist showed me that they had mentioned this security deposit on all other platforms like booking.com. Apart from that, the hotel staff were really nice to us and explained the security deposit process. They also refunded the deposit upon our check-out. I think this hotel needs renovation as their AC is not working properly, and the carpet is really old. However, it was fine for my two-day trip.

Good hotel for a quick layover or reaching CDG late at night. We booked the biggest room available with private bathroom. Bathroom was small but does its job (think plane bathroom with extended shower space). Hotel was also a few mins walk away from a mall, Aéroville with lots of food choices. Shuttle was also available for price of £3 per trip per person to/from CDG Airport.

We couldn’t fault anything. Room was spotless and quiet. Pilllows soft. Towels spotless. Shower and hand gel. Receptionist’s so help. ARRANGE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS as you book in!! Breakfast had everything we wanted: boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurts, fresh fruit and really nice hot chocolate.

Please carefully consider staying here as they falsely advertise it has A/C when it doesn’t and the staff are the rudest I have ever experienced. Also the rooms are dated and housekeeping cannot even be bothered to replace the wall fixed shampoo and showergel in the shower so leaving you with none whilst trying to shower. Had to make our own beds as well as housekeeping had just put sheets on the bed and no duvets. A member of staff then turned up 30 mins after making them aware and pointed at a cupboard but didn’t make the beds. They state the comfort of the bed is the next level well they are the hardest most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. The lifts are also the slowest and due to them being very small too we had to wait 10 mins before getting down to reception in the morning. Within the company I work we book approx near to a thousand rooms with the Accor group every year but this is the worst I’ve experienced. Bearing in mind they advertise themselves as a four star they should learn from Premier Inn to understand about comfort and customer service. And they are only 3*! Also I am aware the hotel is in France but one of the members of staff didn’t understand any English and this is an airport hotel. You would expect some basic knowledge. The outside of the hotel is also the most awful looking with rubbish on bins and no appeal. As a solo female traveller I would feel so uncomfortable as there are lots of people wondering around outside too.

The rooms were simply amazing with each part very carefully planned. There was everything available from a microwave over to a small kitchen shelf with separate basin. The WC was separate from the bathroom providing opportunity to cut time in getting prepared. The dining in Picasso room however was the saddest experience I had in whole of Europe trip of about two weeks as the staff was not only rude but unfit to be posted in a restaurant as either they would response or respond rudely. They did not replenish the food items though the hotel includes price of breakfast in the tariff. The waitress and waiters behaved as if the customers are beggars. The front desk staff when approached also hardly smiled despite greeting them before conversation and had no information about how to reach city other than booking a cab or uber. A phenomenal infrastructure being marred by incompetent staff for the hospitality industry!

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour mon travail Les équipes sont toujours très sympa et compétentes spécialement Audrey du service réservation qui trouve toujours la solution même si il n’y en avait pas et Laurence et son équipe au petit déjeuner avec le sourire en permanence

Отель очень милый,находится недалеко от аэропорта. Есть трансфер, но он ограничен по времени. Так как я прилетела поздно пришлось вызывать такси. Таксисты берут заказ неохотно, потому что ехать близко. Я по ошибке забронировала кровать в Мужском номере. Нужно было переводить то, что написано на французском,т к на Трип ком при бронировании на русском не было никаких пояснений.Но сотрудник мне помог и поместил в женский номер. Залезать на второй этаж кровати немного неудобно, но спальное место очень большое,белье чистое, дают полотенце.
