Hotelnya bagus. Bilik ini bersih dan luas, serta mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan: selipar, berus gigi, ubat gigi, topi mandi, teh, kopi dan air. Terdapat juga beberapa bantal dengan ketegasan yang berbeza-beza. Lokasinya mudah: terdapat banyak kafe dan kedai berdekatan, berdekatan dengan tarikan dan perhentian bas. Sarapan pagi adalah ***a bufet. Anda boleh memesan item tambahan yang tidak tersedia di bufet, seperti telur hancur, tetapi anda memerlukan sama ada nombor telefon Amerika atau Asia. Luxury experience. The ladies from the reception desk were super kindly and gave me a lot of explanations. I mention here Janice. I arived 3 hours before normal check in time and they arranged my room in 20 min. The room was excellent with living zone and bedroom area. The connection with Venetian mall and from there with Parisian and Londoner malls make this complex a very pleasant experience for a tourist. Also there is ****** access for gamblers.

We recently completed a 5-day 4 nights stay in a Family Room. Overall, our experience was positive, though there are a few logistical details future guests should keep in mind. The Location The hotel is situated a bit further away from the more famous, high-profile hotels in the area. • Shuttle Access: If you plan on using the free shuttle buses to visit other major hotels or attractions, expect about a 10-minute walk to the nearest pick-up point. • Verdict: If you don't mind a little bit of walking to get to the main hubs, this hotel is a great, suitable option. The Room & Service The family room was comfortable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. However, we did encounter one confusing policy regarding the amenities. A Note on Rainy Days: ＞ When it rained, the front desk informed us they could only lend out one umbrella per room. Since we were a group of three, this was quite impractical and hard to understand for a family-sized booking. Fortunately, we had brought our own, but definitely pack an extra one just in case! Summary: A good, reliable stay if you are looking for a quieter location and don't mind being slightly off the beaten path. Just remember to bring your own rain gear!

Hotel Central is the best value hotel we’ve stayed in ANYWHERE— and we’ve spent time in many countries all around the world. Historic, but completely updated without losing its 30’s charm. In the heart of a wonderfully active historic district, very pedestrian friendly, filled with Macau’s unique blend of East and West. Rooms are exquisitely furnished, providing a quiet refuge from the bustle outside. Service is attentive and friendly without being intrusive- utterly professional. Special callout to our housekeeper Mi for loaning us her personal USB-C cable when no other would work. All this at a very reasonable price- highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions. One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

My second stay here since there opening after several years. The room kept the same standard and the service was ok. Buffet breakfast was awesome. My parents gone for swimming and gym. I will definitely plan to go again soon.

Very good services for the following staff- Delia L, Zika, Margarita and Leslie. The hotel location are very central and easy to access to ******* and restaurants.

Value for Money Nice Place to get away and unwind. Very relaxing rooms altho kind of smells like moldy in this living room area i dont know why maybe i think because hotel is a bit old and on the seaside area same as other hotel in this line/area i noticed. Enjoyed the pool, you can purchase swimming stuff is a plus 👍 as we didnt bring any. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices here its why i chose to come back here and will surely come again every time i visit Macau 💜 This time i was lucky there was the food fest events happening.

I enjoyed my stay at the W. I like the facilities such as the swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. The bars look nice but there is no DJ or live band or anything which is disappointing. The only thing I would suggest they improve is checkin and checkout. I’ve never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I must have a credit card. Not every body wants or has a credit card. So they do not take deposits from bank cards.. this meant I had to go to the ****** use my British bank card and incur fees and I’m left with a lot of HKD currency which I don’t need so I will loose even more money to exchange it. So check in to this hotel I’ve lost money. And it’s the guest fault.. no apology, no upgrade or anything for the inconvenience. And I am now at a loss. Also the checkout was very slow to get back a cash deposit and to pay for minibar items.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.
