I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Macau Centre by IHG and was very impressed. From the moment I arrived the check-in process was quick and effortless — the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and had everything ready, so I was in my room within minutes. The room itself was spotless. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail — linens smelled fresh, surfaces were dust-free and the bathroom was pristine with no signs of wear. The modern décor and well-maintained furnishings made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. Amenities were thoughtful and practical. The room included a reliable air-conditioning unit, fast Wi‑Fi, a small fridge, a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee, and a convenient work desk. The bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep, and the blackout curtains helped block out city lights. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast — it was delicious and had a good variety for a hotel of this class. Hot items were available alongside fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and coffee. The breakfast area was well organized and kept clean throughout service, which made the morning routine pleasant and efficient. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Macau Centre offers a clean, comfortable stay with useful amenities and excellent value. It’s especially well-suited for travelers who want an easy check-in, a spotless room, and a satisfying complimentary breakfast. Most of all, its location is nearby to tourist spots and can do walking distance as well. Highly recommended!!

Kemudahan: Walaupun hotel lama, tetapi ia dijaga dengan baik, bersih dan selesa. Bilik sangat besar dan luas, cuma nak tutup lampu sebelum tidur kena berjalan jauh. 😂 Perkhidmatan: Semua kakitangan sangat baik. Cik Lilia di kaunter hadapan sangat profesional dan bersemangat, membantu mengatur daftar masuk awal, dan bagasi boleh dihantar terus ke bilik. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

Dah kena keluar main kat kawasan atas, dan bas tu betul-betul depan, jadi selesa untuk berehat dan berehat. 7-Eleven yang berhampiran agak tidak mesra, jadi lebih baik membeli sesuatu di tempat lain dan kembali. Ia berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke bas ulang-alik, jadi pastikan anda membawanya pergi.

Tetapi dari tingkap anda boleh melihat runtuhan Katedral St. Paul dan kubu! Ia mengambil masa 5 minit untuk berjalan ke mereka. Semuanya dekat sini!!!! Saya menikmatinya, seolah-olah saya berada di Eropah! Segala-galanya di hotel sangat menarik, seperti di muzium. Kakitangan berada pada tahap yang tinggi (mereka membuka wain untuk saya atas permintaan saya, pujian di dalam bilik, membantu dengan pengecas) Saya memilih sarapan Eropah. Perkhidmatan restoran yang lazat dan memuaskan. Ya! Kat sini pun tak ada orang Cina bising. Mereka menginap di hotel dengan kasino

Hotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik percuma terus ke Pelabuhan Gongbei, sangat mudah. Hotel ini bertemakan filem, di mana tetamu boleh merakam filem pendek secara percuma. Lokasinya agak terpencil, di sebelah Parisian, jadi agak jauh jika berjalan kaki. Anda boleh menaiki LRT berhampiran hotel untuk ke Wynn Palace, Taipa Village, dan lain-lain. Terdapat banyak pilihan makanan di tingkat bawah hotel. Saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu ketibaan dan terpaksa menunggu sehingga jam 3 petang, manakala waktu daftar keluar pada hari berikutnya adalah pada jam 11 pagi, yang dirasakan tidak begitu mesra pelanggan.

There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. Rarely leave hotel reviews, but this one really impressed me. Counter service was excellent—Erica was friendly and Selene was very helpful. Loved the pillow selection and the room felt cozy and homely. Location is also very convenient. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in Macau.

I booked a two bedroom hotel for my baby's birthday, it was just a simple celebration, I just invited a few friends, the room was spacious, beautiful and clean. There is a small living room for guests. There is also a bus stop near the hotel and a convenience store in the lobby, but the prices are just higher than the supermarkets outside, so if I were you, you should bring some snacks, drinks and food when you go there..

It takes a while to check-in while the queuing area is small, and I was being asked then to go 2/F to check-in to speed up but actually that didn’t really help with shortening waiting time. Room is nice I got upgrade to a more spacious room. Clean, stylish and a washroom with bathtub and nice view. Comfy stay overall.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.
