Hotel Pet friendly di Occitanie, France

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre ville de Montpellier et proche de la gare. L'accueil était professionnel et agréable. La chambre était bien équipée.

We arrived in the late evening (~10pm) and received a very good service! It was all clean and very good, we enjoyed it  They accept dogs for a 5€ fee The breakfast has many options (salty and sweet)

We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy.

Понравилось обслуживание в отеле, сотрудники на ресепшене и горничные доброжелательные, отзывчивые, нацелены на помощь и поддержку, местоположение отеля отличное - пляжи рядом, рестораны вокруг, рядом аренда велосипедов. В номере было тихо. Вайфай стабильный. Красивый закат из окна) На балконе стол и 2 стула - можно и сушить вещи, и завтракать с красивыми видами. Этаж 4. Понравилась идея с электрическими жалюзи. Удобная кровать.

A few members of staff are able to speak fluent English. Vending machine available on the ground floor. 15 mins walk to Blagnac commercial centre where you can find supermarket and restaurants. A bit off from transport links towards city centre but it’s only 20 mins walk from the airport. Room is clean in general while you can spot limescale around the tap. Basic kitchen utensils are available but no condiments.

Excellent séjour, bel hôtel

Catastrophique: climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, réfrigérateur en panne, pas d'eau à mon arrivée vers 16h .... aucun responsable, seuls de jeunes stagiaires qui tentaient de faire au mieux en proposant des boissons gratuites, ils n'étaient absolument pas épaulés. Quelle catastrophe pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et le lendemain au moment du départ : aucune excuse présentée.

酒店坐落在卡爾卡松城堡內，教堂旁邊，環境優美，是家有歷史的古堡酒店。我們的奔馳商務車導航位置有點偏差，停在了河邊停車場，步行到了酒店，酒店再用小車把行李拉到酒店。冬天泳池不開放，早上可以古堡徒步。酒店花園很精緻，早餐十點一刻就結束，對度假酒店來説有點太早，晚餐需要預約，我們沒有提前預約衹能去外面吃。酒店推薦了一家旁邊餐廳，步行5分鐘，菜品很驚艷，連吃了兩頓。入住了家庭套房，有張大床和一張80公分單人床，我們入住4人，酒店免費又給我們加了一張單人床。洗浴用品都是嬌韻詩，淋浴水極大，房間內暖氣充足，入住很舒適，非常適合家庭度假。酒店工作人員非常熱情，贈送的城堡黑巧也很美味。

Ótima estada. Apartamento muito amplo e confortável. Funcionários atenciosos. Hotel bem localizado. Recomendo com empenho.
