Hotel Pet Friendly di Cusco Region, Peru

The hotel staffs always greeted us warmly and went extra miles to help us. Rooms and bathrooms are satisfactory, although there is room for improvement. The location is a bit away for the main action but the stunning view from the top makes up for it.

地理位置不錯，就在太陽神殿附近。 雖然套房區域有點繞，但是畢竟是歷史建築，是以前印加帝國傳達命令的傳達室（印加文明沒有發展出文字） 早餐中規中矩。 因為歷史建築的原因，牆比較薄，噪音還是比較大。作為一個50平的套房，完全有面積做一個浴缸但是衹有一巨大的淋浴房…是考慮大庫斯科海拔太高的原因麼？

地理位置好，環境好，衞生好，服務周到熱情，為辦玻利維亞簽證，需要打印資料，全部幫助完成。早餐品種不多，但可口精緻。飲料很多品種。熱水也好。前台有熱水提供，玩回來口喝，特方便。特別推薦一下。

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark

Me gusto mucho el hotel, es muy limpio y tiene una decoración colorida como lo es Cusco, me gusto que hubiera agua disponible para rellenar mi botella ya que en otros hoteles no lo había y generar tanto plástico me genera conflicto además del costo del agua. Después del checkout me dejaron quedarme en las instalaciones y guardaron mi equipaje.

Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

Very safe hotel, informed staff don't disturb after guest left their room, as somethings important inside the room. Greatly recommended for travellers

非常好一次入住體驗。酒店位置好，就在武器廣場旁邊，去哪裡都很近。酒店裝修風格清新，經理和工作人員都非常友好熱情，環境乾淨整潔。去馬丘比丘行李可以免費存放在酒店，服務非常周到。絕對好評，強烈推薦去庫斯科入住這家酒店。
