Hotel berhampiran Acquasantiera dei due capitelli, Rome

房間很寬敞，還有個小陽台，單獨的行李房，衞生間有一點點小，到也不影響。我們帶了4歲的孩子，加了寶寶床，放了可愛的被褥，送了孩子陪伴睡覺的小熊，最最重要的是，員工都特別友好，每個人都是真心誠意的幫助我的，回答問題也超級詳細，在地圖上給我標明瞭每一個景點，以及如何規劃最合理，雖然有時候聽不太懂夾雜了意大利語的英語，但是真心感謝他們的。早餐也不錯，餐廳的服務人員都特別友好，尤其對小孩子極度寬容。

Ignore any negative comments. Hotel was clean. Excellent location. Staff friendly (plenty of them) and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Would not hesitate to recommend as a place to stay to tour Rome. Church bells on Sunday morning were epic! Not too early but you wont get a lay in😂

It was an extended weekend family trip, so this hotel was a good fit since it was not all that far away from some interesting things, and it was priced reasonably. The room was spacious, with a plain design making it a little ugly, but it was clean and well cared for. Our view was of the apartments in the opposite buildings, but we got our views elsewhere. The bathroom was OK even if the shower doors did not close properly. They cleaned the room daily and left fresh towels, even if we did not ask for. What was really bad was the soap/shampoo that they offered. Not that it smelled bad or anything but it reminded me of the soaps hotels had in the 80s The common are was almost always busy, but the people were respectful and friendly, and left the place clean. The wifi was fast, even when using VPN like I did. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices and interesting flavors. But the coffee was really bad. You do not expect that in Italy, but it was from an automatic machine that made different kind of coffees, so the result was bad. The people that worked there were always smiling, were friendly and eager to help, which is something that always helps when you are staying in a foreign country. The hotel is next to a police station and the immediate area felt safe, even at night. There are homeless people close by but they never bothered us. There is also a metro station within walking distance. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and it is a great choice for a brief family vacation

The hotel is situated right behind the Metro B line, only one stop from the Roma Termini metro station (or you can walk to Roma Termini by foot, which takes about 8 mins). So it's super convenient to travel anywhere by metro (but please note some metro stations may not be closed without prior notice). Our room is tiny but tidy, with all kinds of toiletries available (including slippers). The shower area is quite spacious compared to other hotels/hostels we stayed in during our trip. Our booking didn't include any breakfast, but we got some pastries and coffee just downstairs (there are a few cafe bars nearby). Will definitely come back if I am in Rome next time.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

I have never been to a place where a hotel feels like home. This is one of the amazing benefits of staying in Ostello Bello. The staff, bartenders, and night shift felt like absolute family by the end and I truly will never stay anywhere else while in Rome. Fravio (hope I am spelling that right) made my trip with his kind and friendly demeanor. All of the bartenders made me feel at home and welcome at all times. Treating me more than fairly in every citrcumstance. The rooms were clean and nice, with working showers and good facilities. I truly have nothing negative to say about my visit.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very modern, lovely sized room and really comfy bed! You get a hairdryer in the room (ladies!) and there is a mini fridge to leave your own drinks. Aircon worked perfectly and some fancy lighting above the bed! Really close to the 160 bus stop that takes you to the centre of Rome for €1.50 (pre pay on the app!) and also some lovely restaurants and cafes for food. Short walk from the 716 bus to take you to Rome Termini. Lovely staff- although confusing when one member let us have water complimentary and another charged for it. Only improvements would be to have tea coffee in the room for in a morning, and also don’t expect the Beth room to be super clean- in need of a little TLC.

Liked the location of the hotel in EUR Rome. The rooms are nice and clean, good TV channels including BBC and CNN. The experience was ruined by the 1 hour + noise from the trucks loading and unloading skips in the next door Euromax shopping centre. The banging noise is horrendous. Sara did offer to replace my room but as i had 1 more night i didn't bother. The breakfast area is very busy and chaotic, takes a long time to get coffee from the Barista's. The breakfast items are okay but nothing substantial, they are very supermarket affair. The corridors are boring and dull and definitely 3 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Euromax shopping centre next door is an excellent diversion on a rainy day.
