The breakfast selection is varied, rich and delicious. The view and service of the dinner restaurant and roof bar are very good. The room service is fast and considerate. In short, it is a very good stay experience.

I booked the room for my boss. I read a lot of other people's comments before booking the room. I felt it was good, so I booked it. According to the boss's feedback, he was very satisfied. The environment and hygiene were very good, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. I hope I can enjoy the service here again next time I travel.

I've been to Tokyo Bulgari, but Rome has a better feel and is better. The SPA facilities in particular were a truly special experience.

I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

1. The reception at the hotel gate is ***. When the guests arrive, several people are still chatting. The service is superficial, which gives the guests a bad first impression. 2. The breakfast is outrageous. There was a nearly 20-minute work meeting next to the guests. It is hard to imagine that this is a luxury hotel. The food is also perfunctory and not delicious. It can't be compared with other hotels. 3. The door of the guest room closet can be closed but the light inside cannot be turned off. 4. A disappointing hotel

After eating bread and butter for five days in a row, there was actually a Chinese breakfast! Small steamed buns, fermented bean curd, wontons, white porridge, so comfortable! Suitable for family trips with children.

Very reliable hotel. It is indeed the top brand in Rome. It is impeccable. The restaurant cafe and the bar on the top floor are very good. I drink until dark every day 😮💨 Upgraded to a small suite. Next time I come to Rome, I must do it again
