新婚旅行の最終宿泊先で利用させていただきました。 どこまでもおもてなしの心が行き届いた大変素晴らしいホテルでした。 ロケーションはテルミニ駅から1駅、主要な観光地にも30分あれば徒歩または電車で移動できます。 高級ブランドのアメニティはどれも使い心地が良く、妻も大変喜んでいました。 また、ウェルカムメッセージは大変心の温まるものでした。 朝食ビュッフェも利用させていただきましたが、どの食べ物も美味しくライブキッチンでは大変美味しい*料理をいただくことができます。 ホテルの歴史やイベントなどを調べていくと宿泊をより楽しむことができます。階段や歴史的なエレベーターなど、どの部分を見てもスタイリッシュさを感じました。 ローマ滞在をより素晴らしいものにするために利用するにはもってこいの最高のホテルです。

An incredible hotel, the people are wonderful, everyone is very friendly! Very tasty! It was a wonderful evening with jazz music, a pleasure! The service was incredible, our waiter Pietro N. was very welcoming and sweet! We will definitely come to this place again!

The service at the St. Regis Rome is hands down one of the best experiences our family has ever been fortunate enough to encounter in our travels. I can’t say enough about the incredible team that work tirelessly to make the experience purely enchanting. The music, food, bar and service are nothing short of extraordinary.

Staying at the St. Regis is definitely a luxury experience. From the moment you walk into the hotel, you feel incredibly welcome. The lobby is stunning and features high-standard live performances. Everything, from breakfast to the room details, is super fancy. The hotel's central location in Rome makes it easy to get around. I did experience some issues with the bathroom and room keys, but they were resolved quickly when I mentioned them to the reception. The room service is world-class, making you want to stay in the room all day. While the building has a historical charm and isn't as modern as other hotels, it exudes Italian taste. Although I generally prefer a more minimalist style, I still felt very comfortable staying at the St. Regis.

Where to start with how exceptional the service was at St. Regis Hotel in Rome? From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The bellman greeted us warmly, and the concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Check-in was seamless, and the restaurant staff were equally impressive, providing top-notch service and delicious food. Our room was immaculate, always kept fresh and tidy, and offered a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. The overall experience truly enhanced our first visit to Rome, making it all the more memorable. Staying at this "castle" with its impeccable service was a highlight of our trip. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel is beautiful. I took my mother there and treated her on a holiday. We stayed four night and she did not want to leave when our time was over. My mother is not easily impressed so that tells you something. The staff could not have been more helpful. All of them were absolutely amazing. A special mention should be made of Pietro . From the first time we sat to have a drink and some bar food, he made us feel at home. It was a perfect service And it continued to be that way every night. It really felt like home. We are certainly going back.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at the St. Regis in Rome! My husband and I stayed here in 2010 for our honeymoon and it was completely renovated since then and is even more gorgeous than it was then! They have lightened the entire interior in whites, blues, beige and silver and it looks magical. We had 2 connecting rooms - one being a king bed suite, and the other with 2 double beds. Both rooms had a large bathroom and a ton of closet space. The location of the hotel is excellent, in walking distance to so many attractions. The hotel service was excellent but I will warn you to make sure you put "do not disturb" on , otherwise they will walk in unannounced at anytime, which was a bit annoying. They left gifts and candy for the children and champagne and desserts for us, and even a parting gift to us (a beautiful velvet bound journal)! All of these items were very much appreciated and did make the stay even more memorable. I feel badly even writing this because of their superior service and gestures, but I do suggest they call or text guests as to when a good time would be to deliver these gifts instead of again, arriving unannounced when guests are rushing to get to dinner or other destinations (just a suggestion, we do love your staff!). The breakfast at Lumen was excellent and service was phenomenal. Our sons loved all the choices! I cannot wait to visit the St. Regis Rome again...it's true perfection!

Having stayed at the St Regis, Rome many times before (and having celebrated our honeymoon there over 20 years ago), my wife and I will be returning again next month. Although this hotel is one of the most beautiful in the world, our affinity for the St. Regis Rome is due is substantial part to its personnel. Pietro is absolutely the best waiter in Europe and always makes us feel so special. He is perhaps the biggest reason why return to the St. Regis. As for our suite, Elisa Pirone always makes sure that our every need is taken care of. Thanks to people like Pietro and Elisa, this hotel is our top pick. We cant wait to return in a few weeks.

Great hotel with excellent service! All employees greeted you and ensured you had everything you needed for your stay. The location is excellent - you can walk to most all major attractions and the train station. I used the fitness room and the equipment was high quality and very clean. Loved the large bathroom. The only issue was the coffee maker and the light options in the room were a bit hard to figure out.

Wow! The hotel is gorgeous, room spacious and gorgeous, impeccable attention to detail in design and service. The maid even wrapped my phone cord and cinched it with a velcro wrap. The hotel has maintained the standard of excellence for which it is known. Maid service twice a day, including turndown service with chocolates on the nightstand and slippers next to the bed. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. They all seem like they love working there. Delicious buffet breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Conveniently located. The concierge referred us to a restaurant on a quiet street a few blocks from the hotel where we found several traditional Italian restaurants that served very good food. Thankfully the hotel is not in the middle of hordes of tour groups and school field trips.

As always this hotel never disappoints, we have stayed here several times and will continue to do so every time we visit Rome, it is in a good location and we basically walked every where. suggestion if you are not a night owl as them to give you a room away from the bar.
