Good hotel with nice service

算是這趟旅行中最豪橫的一家酒店了。 定的3人間，應該直接把臨近兩個大床房打開關聯門變成套房交給我們的。一個標準房間的面積並不大。 酒店提供歡迎香檳，手寫歡迎卡，沐浴產品用的ACQUA DI PARMA 。 床比較舒服，浴巾厚實柔軟，mini bar種類豐富。每天供應礦泉水和氣泡水兩種免費瓶裝水。 酒店對面是一個軍事有關的政府部門，所以全天都有大兵把手，瞬間覺得安全感拉滿，當然白天可能窗簾也沒太可能完全打開，和對面辦公樓距離太近了。 地理位置蠻好，距離天使堡和梵蒂岡城步行距離都在十幾分鍾，晨起沿着河邊跑步溜達都很舒服。 唯一不太理想的就是早餐種類太少了，每個人固定一套，少量又少量的自助水果，酸奶和飲料

房間暗，窗户很小，前台衹有一個櫃枱，入住和退房衹能一個人，酒店大門不到1.5米寬，在一個弄堂裏，服務就更差了。

在一條小巷裡麪，不太好找。

This hotel was located in a great area to walk the squares, shop, and eat. We stayed in a deluxe room and it was nice but not spacious and I thought overpriced.

The hotel is situated in a romantic and gorgeous street not far from Trastevere so there are a lot of great bars and restaurants in the area. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and our room was spacious (deluxe room). The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very nice. The hotel is very quiet so more suitable for couples then families.

Location was excellent, hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the place was well decorated. Highly recommend!

The staff was attentive and kind. The restaurant staff and the food were excellent. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating, but the rooftop terrace was closed and it looked dirty and run down. I booked this hotel based upon seeing pics of the rooftop terrace.

Loved this Hotel! The location was wonderful, the service was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious the rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large windows. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Would rate DOM a 4 star experience, not very friendly staff and below average breakfast. Location great and rooms large.

This hotel did not feel like a 5 star hotel , it felt more like 3 stars . It’s needs a major update and refresh . If you are someone who likes to unwind in your hotel bar and restaurant after a long day of walking and sight seeing , this hotel is not for you ! There is a small bar with no music and a bartender who might be there . If you are jet lagged and can’t sleep and want to watch tv , there is only local basic cable . So your only option is cnn or bbc news , unless you understand Italian . I could go on , but those were the most disappointing ! We definitely won’t stay here again or recommend the dom hotel Rome .

We loved that the old building, with its original arches and ceilings, was decorated and furnished in a beautiful and luxurious contemporary style. Also that the staff were delightful and helpful.

Hotel was beautiful. We stayed in the Dom Suite on the top floor, highly recommend! Two floors with walk in closet. The balcony was spacious, seating for about 10 people, with the bell tower was phenomenal. The bell only rings at about 6pm, so it doesn't wake you up. The building across the street has armed guards outside at all times (driver said it was like Italian FBI) so the area is very safe. Also very quiet. Great walking distance (15-30 min walk) to attractions while being far enough away from tourists. Our only issue was the wifi signal was very weak, and did not reach the balcony at all. Maybe because it is stationed on the 1st floor? The bed was super comfortable and the employees were so helpful! They made reservations for dinner for us, organized a driver, called taxis. We loved this place and loved calling it home while we were in Rome! Very highly recommend!
