La Dolce Vita QG

Ok so this property is a little like a student bed sit with 3 or 4 rooms that share the same entrance to the property on the 3rd floor. The entrance is a digital coded door that leads you into the shared hall with a large carriage clock and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are spacious , but do have a kitchen and fridge in the rooms as well as I bathroom. Beds had pillows that were like sandbags and hard to get comfortable. We were wakened through out the night with people entering and leaving the property as you can clearly hear the door buzzing as people came in from a night out , also you can hear them chatting and making coffee/tea in the shared lobby area, we gad to make sure our bedroom door was locked just incase someone walked on the wrong room. Kitchen we only used to fill the kittle but the fitting was loose and water flooded the work service when we turned it on. Mould was very visible on bathroom wall above toilet and the shower was very week. Never used the small balcony but it didn’t look too safe! On the plus side, property is very close to some well known landmarks and sites of interest. A few nice restaurants near by and Villa borghese park is in walking distance . Would I stay there again ? No!! Property wasn’t private enough for me , but everyone is different and if it’s just basics you want then this property should be ok for you

Pulizia ok, staff ok, self check-in senza contatto ok, anche se ho dovuto scrivere svariate mail per avere le modalità di check-in (PIN porta ingresso e PIN ingresso hotel). Purtroppo i punti di svantaggio sono dati dalla estrema rumorosità della stanza (le finestre sono installate per finta, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore della strada adiacente) inoltre l'acqua calda della doccia era a temperatura insufficiente con un getto veramente debole. Sistemate queste 2 cose, l'hotel va bene, in linea con quanto pagato poiché i servizi offerti vanno bene.

Piuttosto comodo, rapporto qualità/prezzo discreta. Avrebbero dovuto cambiare gli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni invece in 5 giorni è stato fatto solo una volta. Nel complesso comunque camera pulita, organizzazione buona. Consigliato per chi non ha troppe pretese.

Hotel maravillosamente situado: a 1 km de la estación Termini e igualmente de la Fontana de Trevi. El hotel se encuentra en la tercera planta de un edificio que está en obra actualmente por lo que la imagen al entrar no es la mejor del mundo: algo sucio y empolvado. Al llegar a la 3° planta el hotel es como si fuera un piso, hay una recepción y creo que 4 habitaciones. No hay recepción de presencia física allí. La habitación es perfecta, limpia, muy coqueta y amplia. El baño pequeño pero tenía de todo. No le soy la nota máxima porque el agua de la ducha salía con muy poca presión y no muy caliente y el wifi fallaba mucho. Pero, desde luego, por precio y ubicación es recomendable 100%.
