This was an amazing start for a trip of a lifetime. We were welcomed to JK Place for a very early arrival from our flight. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Since we arrived well before check in time we were helped to leave our luggage and just check in-but not any check in. The JK Place Hotels we have stayed in have you sit in a lovely living room type setting, served us tea, and were warmly greeted by the GM Ann Marie. I will say this, when a GM presents oneself to the guest (as opposed to having a note welcoming one to the hotel left in the room) you know you’re in some place special. The hotel is located in a wonderful neighborhood near the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon and we walked everywhere during our two days in Rome. Our room was to die for, a fully stocked mini bar refrigerator with snacks and a bottle of wine was complementary. The snacks were in their “Branded” glass jars. The bathroom was marble with a toilet and bidet and huge glass shower. The bedroom was sumptuous and we had a converter provided by the hotel to charge our phones etc. These are the things we loved: The restaurant/bar off the lobby is one of the tops in it’s category whether in Rome or anywhere else (and we’ve visited the top hotels recently including JK Place Capri-also wonderful) What jumps out is the quiet luxury of this understated Hotel. Imagine lidded glass jars of licorice, pastel gourmet marshmallows, white Jordan Almonds to name a few-presented at the entry of the Bar! This in install shows the attention to detail of the Hotel owner and General Manager. I also want to thank the entire staff for their spot on service. Don’t miss the Breakfast!

Terrible service quality, especially for Vatican visits in June. Easily the worst hotel experience we've had in Europe. The level of tourist services here doesn't even come close to what we've experienced in Paris and London. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the fact that Rome and the Vatican were our most anticipated visits.

Highly recommended for discerning travelers. This should give a clear, yet succinct, picture of the exceptional experience at JK Place.

We just wrapped up a family stay at JK Place in June, and I must say, it really met our expectations. We felt right at home the entire time. The staff was fantastic, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. We genuinely loved almost everything about the place. There was just one issue, though, and it's a pretty big one. During our entire stay, the hotel had no tours available for the main attractions like the coliseum or the vatican. For a 5-star hotel in Rome, this seemed like a major oversight. It was disappointing not to have easy access to these essential Roman experiences. Despite this hiccup, we still had a great time overall. The hotel's comfort and service were top-notch. But if JK Place could sort out their tour situation, they'd really nail the full luxury Rome experience

We stayed at the JK Place in June with high expectations, and we really found ourselves at home. The staff was great, and we honestly loved everything. My only real issue is that while we were here they had no tours available for the main attractions such as the coliseum or the vatican. It's a pity for a 5-star establishment to lack such services

We stayed at JK Place for the second time as a family and this hotel did not disappoint. They helped us book a golf cart tour and tour of the coliseum underground as well as reservations at amazing restaurants. The staff was excellent and the rooms extremely comfortable. The breakfast was incredible and the location was perfect right next to Spanish steps and shopping. We love this hotel. ❤️

Our stay at the JK Place was great, the only thing that disappointed us was the tour service the hotel booked for us. Our tour felt rushed, and while the guide was very kind to us, it was difficult for us to follow her because of her English. We would have been okay with this kind of service at a different price point, but for what we paid, I have to admit I'm very disappointed.
