Good location — quite close to metro, great breakfast, and good service overall. Highly recommend it for family vacation and stay in Rome.

The hotel service is excellent and reception desk crew is friendly and the rooftop restaurant is delicious. We have had a wonderful experience in this hotel.

Was a great experience

The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

離中央火車站，步行大概10min，去主要景點（除了梵蒂岡）基本都可步行15分鐘內達到。 酒店服務確實如其他人點評的一樣，很熱情且細緻，每天把房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，迷你吧裏的東西，可以免費品嚐，而且每天都會補充新的進去， 每天的早餐，以各式各樣的甜點為主，且服務人員很熱情，看見小朋友，會特意送上特製甜品，如果正好是生日當天，還會熱情的送上蛋糕，我們6人，正好有兩個連着兩天過生日，住了3天吃了2天蛋糕， 酒店還有健身房和spa館，不過這些我們沒有去體驗 這個是此次旅行服務最好的酒店，沒有之一

環境不錯，但是入住第一天就缺很多用品。預訂的兩床,入住checkin到房間發現是一床。最後一天走讓酒店早晨電話提醒也沒有做到。酒店屋頂餐館的晚餐服務很不理想。
