I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel given its location. I really wasn't sure what to expect after walking thru the streets at night, but once I entered the facility, I was very pleased.
Rooms were clean even though the showers were a bit small for me. But my daughter enjoy the comfort of the hotel and the close proximately to the various restaurants, transportation and sights of interests.

This hotel is near to Roma Termini, at the part of the town that is predominantly Indian, Bangadeshi, Pakistani. The hotel has recently ungone renovation and is what one expect of a old building converted to hotel in Rome, ie narrow corridor, small lift. Breakfast is good for, with nice fresh fruit juice, choice of coffee, bacon, sausages, hard boiled eggs, pastry and even raw honey comb. It offers great value for the price I paid. The streets may seem a little messy, it seems safe. Many eateries nearby, even a halal foodcourt near the terminal that offers cheaper options but we did not try as the food hygiene is not tested. Try the Chinese food less than 100m away from the hotel, they offer great choices. Avoid Italian looking restaurants cooked by South Asians, it is not good quality.

Located just a few minutes away from Roma Termini, this gem of a hotel has everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome.
Rooms are large with high ceilings, and the newly renovated bathrooms are great and clean.
The breakfast buffet at the top floor has a variety of hot and cold options, with an amazing view from the outdoor terrace.

The hotel is very near the train station but some rooms are unable to see the view of the canal anyways even though we are just right beside. The room actually looks quite old and the air conditioning is control centralised by the reception. There is only one staff at the reception and the service I feel could be slightly better.
The pricing is however very acceptable, so you get what you pay for I guess!

while the location is not bad at all and the staff are friendly and helpfull, there are quite a few problems:
1:1 of the elevators didnt work so at times you will wait fro a while to reach your floor or from your floor to the lobby.
2:they were renuvating the hotel so there was noise and smell
in general I wouldnt say the stay was worth the money paid for.
