The hotel was very nice but the room was very warm as the hotel doesn’t turn on the air conditioning on until late spring/ the summer.

Started off with a power outage, but it was later resolved in the evening. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Near the Metro and other attractions.

Hotel very well located, closest to the Roma Termini station. However it's an old hotel and needs of renovation. We got a spacious room with 2 bathrooms but the ceiling was low near the windows, which was a little dangerous because of the wooden beams. The front desk and restaurant staff service are excellent, all cordial and polite. The tables of the restaurant are in marble and it is possible to light it.

An okay hotel. Very noisy at night due to a nearby construction works, can’t sleep for 2 nights straight. Requested for an iron only sent in after the 3rd requests. Location was great, walking distance to Termini Station. 20mins walk to Trevi.

Doesn’t worth the money paid! Pay a little more will stay in a much better place! WiFi is super slow tv is out of order! Even doesn’t provide a little bottle of water

The hotel has a great location，but the kettle made the lights go off in the entire room, and we didn’t get a replacement for it so I had to go fetch water downstairs. The bathroom is very small as well and the sofa bed isn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was very average just normal. The service was great front desk were friendly and helpful.
