Hotel Quartiere III Pinciano di Rome

Location is in a residential area far from centre, no food places nearby at all, buses good 6-20 minute uphill walk! Mattress was hard and really uncomfortable! Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again ever if it was free!!! Had a bad experience our final night, don’t know if it’s his real name or not,… “roberto” ( heavy set old man) threatened and harassed us outside where our taxi was waiting for us at 3:30AM all because I had asked what his name was. Already late for the airport and we had to deal with being shouted and threatened at, thank god for the taxi driver who intervened. Extremely unprofessional behaviour!! God forbid you get sick and need help here, I kept having to ask this employee only one there at night for a blanket only yo be ignored because he was too busy having a conversation with another male guest in his language. If you speak Italian and are make then you get special treatment but if your females and only speak English here then it’s a different attitude!

We stayed 3 nights at the NH Collection Roma Vittoria Veneto hotel and had a good time, yes hotel is probably slightly further away from the attractions but still very well located, as reference 0.8 miles to Fontana de Trevi or 0.5 miles to Spanish steps. we walked most times and used metro only 2-3 times and few times uber to go back to the hotel or to go to the train station. The neighborhood around the hotel is really nice and safe with dining options, the villa Borghese park is just next to the hotel. Our room was big to accommodate our party of 3 and were surprised by the hotel room as we had lower expectation based on previous reviews, we chose this hotel based on quality/price as our budget was $450 USD/night and this hotel fit the bill but we did our reservations just 10 weeks before, noticed that same room a month before was over $750 due that we wanted to re-look for options but honestly hotel rooms in Rome are higher than other cities and you won't get 3.5 - 4 star hotels below $600USD during this time of year. so I think we got a fair price. Our stay didn't include breakfast and was buffet style and cost was $22 Euros special price during the check inn process or $30 after, (that was the only think didn't like that lady at front desk was too pushy on this) but we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel and found some good cafes 10 mins away south towards the main attractions. Hotel has a fitness center that we used a couple of times, overall it was a good choice and NH hotel does a good job, Noticed that this chain has several hotels in city center, so, were not disappointed by NH Roma Vittorio

We stayed at this hotel for one week in early October. It’s a two-hundred-year-old palazzo in a rather posh area of Rome, close to the ZOO and Villa Borghese park. We chose this location specifically to be close to Villa Borghese museum /collection, Etruscan museum in Villa Gulia and Modern Art Museum. Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Spagna are also close nearby. The part of Rome we haven’t explored much. We loved the hotel. Even though our room faced a busy street there wasn’t much noise due to good double glazing. The view across was that of the zoo. We had a miniscule kitchenette at our disposal. A Carrefour supermarket is but 10 minutes away and boy, what a selection of food there is! The apartment has high ceilings, a few nice prints of Rome, cosy bed and a small TV, we didn’t watch much. If it had a venetian chandelier, it would be great. Joking. It’s kept meticulously clean by the hotel staff. WF is rather slow but at least it’s free for the guests. First class toiletries, even though they come in environmentally friendly dispensers. Breakfast is so and so, depends what you expect. The pool is great, even in October. Coffee, drinks by the pool were very nice, too. Sun beds could do with a bit more thorough cleaning though. The staff is exceedingly polite and speak good English. Luigi is a star. Pity, la terrazza on the roof was not open. Otherwise /altrimenti it’s a fantastic place at a moderate price. Would happily stay here again.

Ho prenotato due camere standard da 22 mq, me ne hanno date una da forse 12 mq piccolissima con bagno minuscolo è una un pochino più ampia con un grande bagno una nell’ala opposta all’altra. Vergognoso . Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma…… dovrebbero rispettare le prenotazioni e non a piacimento loro. Alla mia lamentela X la stanza mi è stato risposto …. Ci dispiace siamo pieni …. Non ho parole ….

We booked a triple room with park wiew, which means the location of the room on the floor above the first one, I think. I indicated in advance that we would prefer a higher floor, if possible. I didn’t receive any answer, although hotels usually answer, albeit something standard, like: “We will be glad to see you, we will take into account your wishes, but we cannot guarantee,” but hotels usually answer. When we arrived and checked in, at the reception said that we were upgraded for free. At first we were delighted, but it turned out that the room on the first floor, and the side one, the main window with a balcony overlooking the city, and not the park. And the bottom is not very loud, but still, something is noisy (apparently pumps from the pool) When we returned to the reception and said that we still want a room of the ordered category, but with a view of the park, they answered that there were no free ones. But there is a free suite on the top floor, you can check in there if you pay extra 400 € (husband asked again, twice the receptionist answered “yes, 400 €”) We agreed and went to see the room. We liked the room, decided to pay extra and take it. But at the time of payment by card, the husband saw that he had to pay not 400 €, but 4000 €! To which the receptionist apologized, saying that he simply confused “hundreds” and “thousands” in English This situation made me feel very uncomfortable! After that, the receptionist said that tomorrow we will change the room to the one that we booked, but did not say who and when will contact us or what time we need to go to the reception for this. In the end, no one contacted us and we stayed until the end in this room. It was an unpleasant experience. At the same time, the location of the hotel itself is magnificent, the interior is also very beautiful.

A beautifully presented hotel with really friendly and approachable staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt really welcome. Jacob and Gabrielle on the restaurant and bar in the evenings were an absolute delight, and the breakfast staff worked so hard to ensure full availability throughout service. The location is quiet and a 10 minute explore locally finds lots of good restaurants and bars. You can get an Uber into the city centre for around 18 euros - but if you’re able to I would walk it as you discover so much on the way. It takes about 40 mins to Piazza del Poppolo. I can’t wait to stay again. Thank you!

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.
