Hotel berhampiran Parco Pontecorvo, Rome

Siamo venuti ieri sera, 28 giugno 2023, insieme ad un gruppo di amici, a seguito di un matrimonio (gli sposi, che soggiornavano insieme a noi, ce lo avevano fatto come bomboniera: soggiorno + giornata in piscina). Siamo arrivati in struttura a mezzanotte passata e ci è stato comunicato solo in quel momento che il giorno dopo la piscina sarebbe stata chiusa per un evento privato esterno. Faccio la recensione per comunicare a chiunque abbia intenzione di soggiornate li, di far attenzione alla scorrettezza del personale e di quello si può chiamare proprietario, il signor Mancini, che anziché chiamarci per dirci che non avremmo potuto usare la piscina, hanno preferito dircelo quando ormai eravamo arrivati e non avevamo altre alternative. Ci hanno proposto di andare nella ”piscina” che ci trova all'ingresso, ma leggendo anche le recensioni negative sul sito si evince che in realtà è una fontana, sporca e nemmeno sarà controllata l'acqua.. detto questo sconsiglio di organizzare cose importanti in questo posto per evitare di ritrovarsi come i miei amici sposi: delusi di non aver potuto realizzare quello che avevano programmato con la struttura da tempo. Ah poi in tutto ciò hanno voluto 300€ per aver soggiornato (6 camere più colazione) quando alla fine noi siamo venuti solo per fare la giornata in piscina; da dire che siamo di Roma a saperlo Dormivamo a casa.

Strukturnya menakjubkan, mempesonakan walaupun sedikit tersebar. Bilik-bilik yang bersih, kemas dan dijaga sehingga ke perincian yang paling kecil. Saya agak bingung dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh kaunter penyambut tetamu dengan sikap tidak percaya antara pekerja dan pelanggan, dan agak labil

Stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but checked out early and stayed elsewhere. Didn’t bother saying to the hotel we were checking out just left. Didn’t see the point as none of our concerns were attended to whilst we were there. Completely ignored. Firstly the hotel is very far out from rome city centre like a 30/35 min taxi ride. Costing about €40-50. We were ignored at check in with 1 person in front of us and treat unfairly compared to Italian people. An Italian couple were ushered up to the desk to check in in front of us to our disbelief. Upon check in the walls in the bathroom had soap all spilled down them and hadn’t been cleaned off. Our air conditioning wouldn’t work to which we were told at reception it’s fine. The keycard kept locking us out our room every time we left and reception said we must have had it next to keys in our pocket which we didn’t have. But every time we went to room had to go to reception and sort out the card as were locked out. Asked about a cash point nearby to a member of staff and the reply was I don’t know and shrugged shoulders. Then asked about room service and was told don’t think so ask in restaurant. Couldn’t deal with the ignorance anymore so moved elsewhere.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in occasione di una Laurea. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la struttura pulita, con annesso servizio di pulizia giornaliero della camera. Essendo un soggetto intollerante al lattosio ho trovato alternative valide per la colazione e il personale è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima. La consiglio.

Movie Movie Hotel has quite new facilities, not like the dated hotels in city center of Rome. It was only 3 minutes walk from metro A line station. The hotel upgraded me to top floor with a spacious room. Everything worked fine. The only complaint was the tiny shelf (not a table) next to the bed. I found not much space to put things next to bed. Other than that, seriously it was a good discovery for visiting Rome for future trips.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Great hotel! Beautiful pool and pool area. Nice clean rooms with good air-conditioning. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free onsite parking, free wifi, and has a new gym area. 10 Minute taxi ride to the center. A great value for your money. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Struttura pulita, camera nella media letto un piazza e mezzo, meglio un matrimoniale per una coppia. Colazione buona con dolce e salto. Parcheggio auto gratis adiacente alla struttura. Personale accogliente e professionalem
