Hotel berhampiran Parrocchia San Bruno alla Pisana, Rome

This hotel was a disappointment. I stayed there for four nights this easter for my first trip to Rome. I choose this hotel because it was central and medium high ranked, but the only positive thing was the location. It sits centrally located near the Pantheon and most things are in walking distance. However, to even get into the hotel you need to go through a police checkpoint since the hotel is opposite to the parliament building across the piazza. Still that’s not the problem. Although the hotel has a shiny reception the rest of the hotel is worn and not living up to its reputation. The rooms are worn down and though cleaned things doesn’t seem quite clean. The the bed was squeaky and barely holding together. The bathroom shower was broken and the bathroom altogether tiny. Breakfast was another disappointment. Although it had a basic, not continental thought, composition, they always ran out of food before breakfast time was over. The croissants were burnt, the eggs badly overcooked and the cheese dry. Not very pleasant. So the only thing that was positive was the location. Still there is a hundred other hotels with the same location and I can’t imagine them being as bad as this. Spend your money elsewhere.

La limpieza muy buena.destacar sobre todo la amabilidad del personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos muchas gracias. It was an extended weekend family trip, so this hotel was a good fit since it was not all that far away from some interesting things, and it was priced reasonably. The room was spacious, with a plain design making it a little ugly, but it was clean and well cared for. Our view was of the apartments in the opposite buildings, but we got our views elsewhere. The bathroom was OK even if the shower doors did not close properly. They cleaned the room daily and left fresh towels, even if we did not ask for. What was really bad was the soap/shampoo that they offered. Not that it smelled bad or anything but it reminded me of the soaps hotels had in the 80s The common are was almost always busy, but the people were respectful and friendly, and left the place clean. The wifi was fast, even when using VPN like I did. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices and interesting flavors. But the coffee was really bad. You do not expect that in Italy, but it was from an automatic machine that made different kind of coffees, so the result was bad. The people that worked there were always smiling, were friendly and eager to help, which is something that always helps when you are staying in a foreign country. The hotel is next to a police station and the immediate area felt safe, even at night. There are homeless people close by but they never bothered us. There is also a metro station within walking distance. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and it is a great choice for a brief family vacation

Cosy room. Close to transport, amenities deceiving as linked with other hotels, spa area not in this hotel but another up the road. Upstairs balcony/ bar not in service anymore but ok for a quiet drink you can take up as self service. Coffee not great, suggest to go elsewhere. Amazing seafood restaurant nearby would highly recommended, SaTanca Crostaceri.

Sono certa che ognuno di noi abbia la propria scala di fattori per valutare se un posto e' bello o brutto ma che siano le persone il valore aggiunto. In questo hotel pulito, carino e molto comodo , vicino alla stazione di Roma Termini sono proprio le persone che fanno di un piccolo hotel, un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi a Roma. Paola della reception e' stata, ed è, la persona che ci ha seguito in fase di prenotazione e che si è fatta in quattro per aiutarci a proiettare le nostre fotografie su una parete, di una saletta allestita solamente per noi, un gruppetto di fotografi arrivati in città per un corso di fotografia di due giorni. Only two stars but spotlessly clean. Lovely room and super shower room. Bed was firm but comfortable. Fridge in the room. Coffee machine and snack machine near reception. No lift. Room only. Area is a bit run down. Lovely park 100 metres away with pavement cafe/bar doing basic snacks. Would go there again

Very friendly staff. Great bar with good selection of drinks. Nice snacks included with the drinks. Lovely room spacious and cool even in the 41°C heatwave that Rome experienced whilst we were there. Very clean throughout. Lift available to get bags upstairs. Old world style decor, nice bathroom suite and extensive toiletries. Took us 10 mins fromTermini walking with big, wheeled suitcases. Right next to Metro stop so easy to get round city. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Filtered drinking water available in the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

We were greeted by the amazing Lorenzo at the front desk. He was there for our three day stay and was extremely helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is close to a bus stop and the metro so easy to get around. Recommend Wild West restaurant 10 minute walk.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.

Была в этом отеле в мае, в одноместном номере. Номер не большой, душевая кабина маленькая, в номере чисто, окно очень маленькое и вид на соседнее здание. На завтраке встречал приветливый парнишка, все показал, рассказал, сделал кофе. По еде было вареное яицо, сухие завтраки, йогурт, колбаска с сыром и много выпечки.
