Es war super ich bin mit tredtours gereist und die Leute haben super englisch gesprochen. Die Aussicht war fabelhaft und obwohl ich um 21.30Uhr angekommen bin war das Personal noch super freundlich. Lustigerweise war vor dem Hotel 4 Sterne aber nur 3 haben geleuchted, welche ich in der Nacht gesehen habe.

Host picked us up at the airport for a set fee,, took us to their place, .took us to a nearby restaurant, picked us up after dinner. Private room and bathroom, shared kitchen which was provided with all the things we needed for breakfast. He also agreed to take us to the port where we were to meet our cruise ship, for a reasonable price . He and his wife are lovely people and made our visit very enjoyable. If we had it to do over, we would spend more time there, because Ostia is very interesting. I highly recommend Gens Mundi!

Mi sono recato a Roma con mio figlio per un servizio, ho prenotato presso questa struttura perché posizionata meglio al punto dove io dovevo recarmi. nel complesso la stanza é risultata pulita (cosa principale) così come le lenzuola e i cuscini, con frigo in camera, tv, aria condizionata e wi-fi gratuito. non passa di secondo piano la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari, nella persona della Sig.ra Ilaria e suo padre, è una cosa davvero da tenere in considerazione come principale. L'unica cosa stonata e che nelle vicinanze non c'é niente dove poter andare se non si è giunti con la macchina e quindi potersi muovere, ma la cosa positiva e che proprio a 10m c'è un supermercato sempre aperto dove poter fare una spesa come si vuole perché molto fornito in tutto. Il parcheggio lo si trova proprio fuori alla struttura oppure dietro ed è gratuito. Pertanto non posso che dare un giudizio positivo su tutto, anzi se dovesse ricapitarmi di ritornare in quella zona posso dire alla Sig. Ilaria che sicuramente pernotterò li da lei al 100%. Beautiful Hotel, great value, a bit far from Rome and any activities. The pool had not opened yet so not much to do as tourists in this beautiful hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk helpful. As others have discussed, on multiple occasions, room service phones go unanswered, just ring and ring. Breakfast for $15. Per person is the best you will ever experience. The wait staff were awesome. The shuttle service into Rome is a good value, $15 round trip but only runs 4 times per day, does not leave early enough to get you to the airport for an early flight and returns at 9pm, just when the Romans are waking up. The shuttle also stops at 2-3 other INH properties, which causes it to sell out days in advance ( frequently). If the shuttle is full or the times don’t work, now you are into serious dollars to hire a taxi into Rome center. Depending upon where you are going, $45-60 one way ( for 2). We also paid $50 taxi fare from the airport each way.so over the course of the 4.5 days at the hotel, we spent $250-$300 for transportation just to get to town. If I were not staying on points, I would consider an in-town option.

Staff were pleasant, location perfect if you want to be close to the airport. They advertise that they have a shuttle to the airport for 5 Euro and I even confirmed this via email but turns out they did not for some reason. A taxi ride is @ 32 Euros for 4 people with luggage. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. There is no safe in the room. The shower area is big enough. There is an Italian restaurant about a 2 minute walk . It was good but the owners didn't speak very much English, they will show you their menu on a tablet for you to browse thru. Otherwise they have the menu on a QR code that you can look at if you want that choice. Very friendly people there. There is a grocery story within walking distance . Staff were very helpful with directions. Would stay again.
