We had a beautiful experience. We booked the room type of room and they switched it for us with no problem. They were very friendly and helpful. The ladies and gentleman for breakfast was so sweet. We are definitely coming back.

The Inn at Hershey Farm is the nicest place I've stayed in awhile! Our room was clean and comfortable! The service desk attendant was very polite and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!!! Everyone and everything were very accommodating!!! Kudos to all of you!!!

Liked was location near sight and sound theater. Hotel probably should not be open since guests have to drive around property to check in at one place and stay in other buildings. Then come back to main inn for breakfast. They need to transport guests by golf cart so guests don't have to keep getting in the car.

I love that they have a wonderful breakfast, rooms were spotless, great walking trail and also easy access to sight and sound theater. Although they were in construction mode , it was a little rough around the outside which is to be expected. The area behind the construction was wonderful and we absolute loved the animals. We fed them and just had a wonderful time.

My family had a great time here. Clean and quiet also. The breakfast option was also very nice to have.

Lovely stay in the carriage house! Room was clean and comfortable! We stayed 2 nights. Would definitely recommend!

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Lobby is dated and outside area is basically a construction zone. My kids did like the animals in the barn. Overall a decent experience but I was expecting a bit more for the price point.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. It will be nicer when they finish building the elevator. Not convenient getting things up to room

The room was very nice. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious! So many home-made and delicious items to choose from. Staff members we encountered were super nice, especially Desiree at the front desk, Deanna in the breakfast room, and the breakfast chef. We will be back. Only thing that others reading this may wish to know is that the rooms aren't completely soundproof and there is some construction going on next to the hotel because they are rebuilding from a devastating fire. These are things we can overlook, but if you are planning to sleep in, construction started like 7:30 am... as well as another room's hair dryer. If this is a concern , I would call to see if construction is scheduled during your visit.

Room was beautiful, bed comfortable. My only complaint is that there was no place to put our clothing. No dresser, shelves or rack for the suitcases. Hangers were permanently attached to the rod so we couldnt hang pullovers.

We are comfortable at the hotel. The breakfast is good. The service is friendly. We are looking forward to seeing the new restaurant building finished.

Just next to the Sight & Sound theater, breakfast is very good, close to Amish Village, and a Manor Buffet which has lots seafood

Going through construction, some rooms are renovated and others are old. Floor in room was very dirty.
