The service, specially at the restaurant was excellent. I didn't like the happy hours food but with more than 30% tip, I showed my appreciation of the excellent service from Carla (I believe it was her name but not sure). We had some problem with the entry key both days but they fix the problem very fast. They were supposed to clean thr Room the second day but they didn't. Overall it was very good and I like to give them 4.5 stars out of 5. We will go there again for sure, next time we go to LA.

The pillows and bed sheet were dirty.flush was not functioning.

Good location, across the street from the mall and not too far of a drive to downtown LA. Clean and service was nice

Double tree hotel in Rosemead California has a ideal location for my business trip which is almost the center of Great Los Angeles. It is close to downtown Los Angeles and City of Industry. I can meet suppliers and clients in about the same time.

I am writing this letter to share my observations and experiences at your hotel. Overall, I think the hotel's environment is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, particularly regarding the condition of the indoor facilities. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel has left a good impression on me. The rooms and public areas are quite clean, which was an important consideration for me during my stay. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard. However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Once again, thank you for your assistance and service during my stay at the hotel. I hope my feedback will be helpful in improving the hotel.

Safety and cleanliness are two important factors. When DO NOT DISTURB sign was there on the door, staff entered room and messed up bathroom. When I asked about it they said they entered for AC maintenance, if something is scheduled they should inform guests. After informing about messed up bathroom, they didn’t clean it. There are bugs in the bathroom.

Room is clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. We stayed at a two-bed room. The TV is a huge plus that it is a 55” TV I think. Two of the lights did not work when we stayed, but it was still bright enough for me.

The receptionist to serve me on that night I was arrived who was very helpful. Thank you

入住有見面禮，餅乾特別好吃。房間一般吧，打掃房間要頭一天預約。早餐開始兩天自助，後來改點餐了，這點不是特別滿意。

設施衹給了一顆星，確實太老舊了，電梯都是上個世紀的產品了，空調巨響，而且沒法全關。早餐比motel還差勁，炒蛋巨老，還沒有烤麪包片，還要收小朋友16.99刀，最後找前台complain了之後給免了。

看到15年裝修其實沒有抱很大希望，但是比想象的要好很多。總體印象還不錯，房間也挺乾淨的，安靜還便宜，推薦。

房間不錯，就是剛來的時候沒找到大堂，轉了好久沒有人，房間也很乾凈，需要打掃的話得提前給前台説，熱水也很方便，酒店有配套的泳池，也有熱水，性價比蠻高的！而且deposit收的很合理，很滿意！酒店附近拍了合照哈哈！

服務很差，訂了雙床房，説沒有了，衹能給大床，説會幫忙把沙發床弄好。我們勉強接受了後，出去吃了晚飯回來，根本沒人來弄沙發床。打電話到前台，説讓我們自己弄一下。空調壞了，不製冷，反應後説所有房間都這樣。早餐的水果是壞的，餿了。
