Hotel dengan WiFi di Rosny-sous-Bois

Saya suka hotel ini. Bilik yang tenang sentiasa bersih.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted without any smiles and lack of interest. The lobby smelt vile. When we went up to our room, we were met with the smell of stale cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the bedding and even the bedding smelt of it. Baring in mind non of us are smokers and we had our 5 year old daughter with us. The window was unsafe it had no child safety locks - which I understand we are in a different country so their safety standards can be different than to ours. The cleaning standard was disgusting the bathroom was filthy and it was not hygienic at all. We went back to reception and the gave us another key for the room next door. When we went to check the new room it was exactly the same. We went back down to reception and asked for our money back. They said because the manager wasn’t there they can’t do that so we had to fill out a complaints form with our contact details and our complaint. We left and had to book something else, so we booked to stay at the Art Hotel Eiffel which was lovely but we lost out on the money we paid for the original hotel plus the time taken away from our holiday and the wasted taxi fares The hotel is refusing to pay compensation for the two nights we were booked there - even though we never even stayed there. Booking.com not willing to do anything either! It’s not worth trying to save money - book something nicer and more central to Paris as this is quite far out from the centre and metro not as easy to use as we thought.

Resté sur une bonne note remontant à 12 ans j'ai réservé sans regarder les avis. La chambre que j'avais réservé au mois d'aout 2021 n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 16 h 30 fin octobre. on nous en donne une autre à l'étage en dessous. l'état de propreté de la chambre ne mérite pas 4 étoiles comme annoncé (taches sur la moquette poussières sur les murs etc..). à 5 heures du matin nous sommes réveillé par des cris venant d'une chambre voisine; à priori une dispute de couple qui dure 1 bonne heure ( coups dans les murs et tout donc pas facile pour dormir). puisque réveillé (6h30) nous décidons de prendre une douche pour défendre au petit déjeuner. il n'y a que de l'eau tiède pour la douche. petit déjeuner : les machine pour préparer les boissons chaudes sont toutes en pannes. une machine nesspresso pour le café est mise en service. pour le thé c'est encore plus simple il faut faire chauffer l'eau dans four à micro ondes (sic) , et les thés proposés sont thé fruits rouges et thé citrons, idéal pour le petit déjeuner. je n'ai pas par habitude de laisser des avis défavorable mais dans le cas présent je ne peux que déconseiller cet établissement qui ne correspond à la valeur que souhaite donner leurs propriétaires. En résumé voyageur passez votre chemin et choisissez un autre établissement.

酒店本身很好，就是位置比較偏，去巴黎市區的交通很擁堵，酒店到市中心一小時車程。
