Upon checking in, we received a bag of feed to give to the alpacas and sheep. The animals were very friendly, and our child had a wonderful time. While you can also feed animals at Agrodome Farm, here it felt like a VIP one-on-one experience. The room was new, clean, and tidy. The host was very responsive and helpful, quickly locating an item we left behind and sending it to our friends in New Zealand. The hotel is very close to Te Puia Māori Village, just a few minutes' drive away (though I wouldn't highly recommend this attraction for families with young children, as everything is in English and dinner is served quite late, which made our child extremely hungry 🤦🏻‍♀️).

Pets are allowed in some rooms. Services are great. Easy Check in & out.

The setting is excellent, and the interior space is very generous. It features a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking utensils. Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are also provided. What's more, there are alpacas right outside the rooms! A children's play area is also available. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

The room was great, with its own balcony and a large lawn behind it. It was very chill. The B&B also had alpacas. We arrived late and missed the check-in time. We called the B&B manager and were able to pick up the key at the designated location and check in. We could just drop off the key when we left. It was beyond our expectations.

The location is relatively remote and the facilities are relatively simple. It is about 5 kilometers to the town for meals. There are alpacas next to it, which is nice to see.

As soon as we arrived, the alpacas and sheep greeted us, which was the most relaxing experience. Every morning, I opened the window in my room and was so happy to greet the alpacas, sheep, birds, and rabbits. I was so happy that there was a bathtub in the room. The kitchen was equipped with cutlery, a refrigerator, etc., and the bathroom had a high-quality hairdryer. There were more than enough beds for everyone, so we had fun discussing where to sleep. I was able to feel so much happiness at this lodge surrounded by nature. Thank you very much.

The hotel has alpacas that can be fed, which is very interesting. The room is clean and sanitary. The front desk can speak Chinese very well. It is very close to the skyline by car.

The hotel was cold and located far from the city. Not very clean.

After visiting the farm, the location of the place is easy to find. There is a children's playground and alpacas. The only bug is that the laundry room can only be used between 9-18:00, but I arrived at almost 6 o'clock and had to check out at 10 o'clock the next day, so I had no time to wash clothes. I had to take them to the next hotel to see if I could wash them.

The hostel is a bit far from the center of town and close to the highway. The owner raises several sheep, alpacas, and chickens. Sleeping is relatively quiet.
