Lovely hotel. Had a beautiful room with a huge bath and separate shower Breakfast was delicious Staff were very kind Will definitely stay again when I’m in Tunbridge Wells

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

the staff are second to none very attentive nothing was a problem from day manager to housekeeping will book again and keep going 👍

Lovely hotel , my room looked like it was a fairly new refurbed room . Slight problem in that the drain in the shower didn’t ie drain , so when showering the shower tray filled up with water and overflowed onto the bathroom floor . Reported to reception and left it to be repaired after I left as i was only there 1 night . Food was nice but a bit pricey as was the drinks . Having said that i would definitely stay again if in the area .

Room was great, however to close the blinds, the rope was a bit high for short people. Spa was also great and would overall definitely recommend

Reception staff are OK and show a willingness to help. Checking out, I was asked by reception staff how my stay went. I said that I really liked my room and I liked the hotel itself. It looked nice and the facilities were fine. With that said, anything that involved food at the hotel was an absolute disaster. My first encounter with the kitchen involved me ordering sausages and mash. I waited a good 35 minutes in a restaurant that had about 7 out of about 60 table’s occupied. The head waiter who took my original order came over and asked me to remind him what I ordered, I reminded him. He then indicated that my order had been lost! He then went off to look for my order. I asked for the head waiter to be sent over to my table which was the person who took my original order. He came over with my food and apologised. I asked him why it took so long for my food to arrive; he apologised again and offered me a complementary drink which I accepted. I appreciated his approach and thanked him for it. The sausage and mash was awful, it tasted extremely salty and so I left a lot of it. At breakfast, I opted for a full English with sunny side up eggs. After about 25 minutes which is an excessive time to wait, my breakfast was brought to me. The eggs were not fully cooked and needed turning. The waitress who was really good saw the issue and we agreed that the eggs would be replaced so she took the eggs. Same eggs came back, they were not sunny side up! The food tasted bad. I left it.

I booked 3 double rooms for my valued employees - last year we used this hotel around 7 times. After their hard days work I instructed my team to get themselves a lovely meal at the restaurant. They ordered some steaks and some sides and drinks. When the food came they noticed that the portions were meager and the food was poor. They politely highlighted the issues to the staff and the manager but nothing was done to rectify the issues. In fact they couldn't be bothered to try. The £99 spend at the restaurant was disappointing - my employees had to leave the restaurant and find another local eatery and spent another £90 elsewhere. My business does a large amount of work nearby this hotel but we won't be using it again. Last year we spent over 2K here. Not this year though! I hope someone in charge takes note!

Our stay at this hotel was relaxing and we were impressed by the extremely efficient and friendly staff. Loved chilling in the spa and found the elegant lobby area perfect for a quiet read and a coffee. Would definitely visit again!

Staff were nice and very welcoming. Afternoon Tea was lovely and they had a nice gluten free option. Only minus - was the Venison pie on the evening menu. It was over priced for what it was @£25 and I waited over an hour for it to arrive. Other than that, the breakfast and the spa facilities were good and I had a relaxed, comfortable stay. Would recommend the hotel.

What a gorgeous hotel, first class service from all members of staff. I was given a complimentary upgrade and the room was absolutely stunning, I felt so spoilt!

We had an amazing nights stay for our golden wedding anniversary. A lovely quiet room, I think it may of been a suite. Comfy sofa and living area with a seperate bedroom. A lovely breakfast choice, we both opted for the cooked breakfasts Thank you for a lovely stay

It’s just ok. Nothing great. Service average and breakfast expensive And very average.
