Absolutely brilliant holiday. I went in May with my 11 year old son. The hotel is newly refurbished, modern and clean. The rooms are spotless. Pool areas are to a high standard and there was never a problem getting sun beds right near the pool. The large, main pool is for everyone, whilst the slightly smaller pool is adults only. I had been lead to believe from other reviews that you are also allowed to use the pool at the adjacent Safari hotel but this is not the case (in my opinion the pool here is nicer anyway). You can however use the mini golf at the Safari for free. The Club House is shared with the other Protur hotels and is a 5 minute walk away. We borrowed bikes from there for free (returnable deposit) and spent a day cycling along the cost which was lovely. Plenty of other activities seemed to be available but we didn’t try anything else. Actually at the hotel there is some daytime entertainment but it was fairly low key which suited us. Evening entertainment was ok. We were all inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in the main dining room. Ford was good with plenty of choice. Other eating options were limited if you didn’t want to leave the pool to go to the dining for lunch. Location was perfect, a nice quiet spot, close to the nature reserve and beach. Overall was a great holiday and we will definitely be back.

We are currently on day 4 of our holiday and this hotel is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed at the Vista Badia last year( one of the sister hotels) and thought that was amazing but this hotel is above expectations. The facilities are top notch and the staff throughout the hotel are so friendly and polite. Food and drinks are top quality, plenty of choice and always fresh. The staff cannot do enough to help and always with a smile. Let’s hope the rest of our holiday is as perfect as the start.

Stayed in the hotel for a week. Hotel was lovely nice and clean and rooms were very tidy. Pool areas were good lots of sun beds and great kids pool for little ones. Staff at the hotel were good and great with my son. The downside to the hotel is the food options in the evening are poor and very repetitive same thing with just the meat changing. Kids area was poor and same thing every night of burger and pizza cheese or ham that was it. The evening entertainment was poor not good enough to keep the kids entertained my son got bored of it most nights.

As I wrote this,we are still here. Thought it important to warn those who ( like us ) believed, that there is some kind of kids water park within the hotel grounds. If you look at Tui website or app,it shows photos of said facilities,when in fact they aren't here. The photos are of a water park some half a mile distant that you are charged 25 euros per person to use ( children less ), even a charge for all inclusive visitors,even though the food and drink are available at no cost. Next thing, all inclusive,again check the small print,extra charges for some things and selections at different times, a bit odd, especially if you have a 4 year old that doesn't believe in conventional eating times. If you again look at Tui and read facilities,it lists a water park,no mention of costs etc. Quite misleading,even a member of staff alluded to this. Hotel has had a very recent update and some of the essentials,like fire action plans missing from room doors, powdered milk sachets for coffee in room,hardly worth making one to be fair. Speaking with Tui rep tomorrow and try iron out some things. Staff have tried to be accommodating though and Hotel and food are lovely. Plenty of sun beds and entertainment is quite good.

I chose Sa Coma Playa for my first holiday on my own as I have been there many, many times and knew what to expect. I certainly wasn’t disappointed! The staff have always been amazing. My table for one was reserved in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. Thank you to Carlos and staff for looking after me so well. The rest of the staff in the bar and pool bar were also very attentive. I wish Ricardo a very happy retirement after working for Protur for over 30 years. All at reception also deserve a mention as nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard since last year. Very spacious and tasteful. The food in the restaurant is also first rate, with pasta and pizza available for children but an excellent selection of food (including vegetarian options) for adults. As for the desserts… so much tempting choice!! I would recommend this hotel to families with young children as well as couples, both young and old. Thank you Sa Coma Playa I will be back next year!😍

After having some issues with Tui all inclusive at previous hotels in previous years this place cannot be faulted , from the minute we arrived we felt valued and were given the best service normally only experienced in far more expensive places ! The decor is pristine the rooms are the same , the staff well What can we say but the best ! Nothing is too much trouble and always with a 😃 smile. Food is another level compared to other all inclusive so good we didn’t even bother with A la cartes offered free on site as the buffet is fantastic every night especially the gala bbq night great steak and real steak 🥩! Wines and spirits are almost all premium brands at no extra cost and really good 👍 pool Area and snack bar fantastic, we normally eat out most nights when at all inclusive we didn’t even bother here it’s that good 👍. Entertainment was as you would expect it was ok and the piano bar is better at a sister hotel. Our experience is of the adult part of The hotel the other side with children looks nice as well but didn’t experience any problems . Definitely will be back to stay here wel done team and TUI BLUE

This hotel is amazing ! Great staff and I mean great ! From the general manager to the room cleaners all friendly and do anything for you ! It’s all been refurbished it’s very modern beautiful rooms all automated panel for lights air con ect . Food is first class , they have themed restaurants as well as the Buffet restaurant ! I can honestly say it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in recent years . I can’t wait to rebook and go back .

Truly faultless in all areas. Newly refurbished rooms and other areas to such a high and modern standard. Staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Food- just simply- amazing. I have now been to this hotel 3 times, 2 times with my wife and this time as a family of 3 and I feel this hotel is idea for any type of traveller. Will definitely be coming back.

Can’t complain overall, however, our first room was located on ground floor next to family pool area. Sadly we had no door to shower opposite the French doors so felt rather exposed. Asked for another room, we were offered 2nd floor overlooking gardens. The room stank of damp - due to an obvious leak in toilet - it did however have a bathroom door. Final kick was leaving expensive hair straighteners in the room only to be told a day after making the hotel aware AND offering to pay to have them sent home,they had not been found. So disappointing. So will not be returning
