Ulasan Southern Oaks Inn - Saint Augustine

Great stay! Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We also used the shuttle service to downtown which was great!

My husband and I needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Disney. We couldn't check in to our condo until the following day so we knew we would have to stay somewhere overnight and wanted to find somewhere with breakfast so we could wake up, eat and get back on the road. Southern Oaks was accommodating with a last minute room. They texted me shortly after we checked in to see if everything was OK with our room and if we needed anything. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very nice. Breakfast was awesome with a huge variety of breakfast items to choose from.

Average overall. Small rooms and motel style.

Provided a free shuttle that takes you to town. Runs 10-10. Very nice not have to deal with parking. Breakfast was a bit overcooked and coffee was weak. But you can find something to eat. It was a free breakfast so can’t be too picky. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Cheyenne at the front desk was awesome took care of all our needs. The people who gave out the food in the breakfast line I give a heads up on the black heavy set man who was friendly and professional. Not so much for the girl older girl in cutoff shorts who help him. Room was so clean and the pool awesome. Friendly housekeeping staff made us feel good. We stayed in room 131 and the only problem was the door to the bathroom could not close. Staff went out of their was to drive us anywhere we needed. I loved this place and would never look for any other place. Location is perfect right next trolley for tours and they pick you up at the hotel.

Clean, safe, convenient. Great Staff. Brittany at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to downtown was convenient and free. I would stay again.

Check in went smoothly. Our room was only cleaned one of the three days. We didn’t have our garbage cleaned out nor were we given fresh towels and toilet paper. We had to get them ourselves.

The check-in staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served with a smile and was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised since we usually stay with the Hilton brand. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a little older, so the rooms were dated, but very clean and comfortable. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. would stay here again

Did ore-check in online. Still had to go through check in at front desk. Booked 2 rooms with king beds. Had only 1 king bed room left, gave us 2 queens for 2nd room. Smoke detector went off in 1 room at midnight. Called front desk and they sent someone who removed it, leaving room with no smoke detector. Breakfast was good.

We are an older couple and hotel had no first floor rooms. We were put in 2nd floor with NO ELEVATOR. We had to lug two big suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Unacceptable!!

Very friendly staff at checkin and checkout. Excellent breakfast. Shuttle service was also great to historic district and back.
