Hotel dengan WiFi di Saint-Genis-Pouilly

Parking right in front of the door, but unkempt and not tidy. When I arrived: no food possible. After some discussion: sandwiches still possible, you have to eat in your room. Food was tasty. The people are very friendly but they simply lack resources. Breakfast was also good, but the rooms: a disaster! Not clean, bad bed, shower in bath, towels not clean etc. At the door: hotel inspected by Kyriad in 2011. In the morning there was 15 cm of snow, but people immediately came to help clear the snow from the car. If there are people involved, it's fine. But the hotel is not clean. I have already been to Kyriad in Pont à Mousson and in Nancy. But now: very disappointing.

I have stayed several times in this venue over the last ten years or so. Why do we come back to a particular hotel? First of all: the proximity of the airport (Geneva), there is no need to go through town, as the airfield is located North and the hotel is only a few minutes away from it. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport. The rooms and facilities are the same in most Ibis, Novotel, Mercure etc hotels of the Accor group. The standard of cleanliness and courtesy is what singles out one hotel from another. What stands out in this hotel is the team, the management skills of the leaders, Bastien at the Front Desk, Benjamin in the restaurant and their teams. You never feel the hierarchy, you never hear commands, they are all one and they are definitely fun, very courteous and make the simplest meal a little feast. Each member in each team, that includes housekeeping) is a personality and you can, if you wish, have amazing heartfelt conversations with one or the other. Over the years I have seen team members leave and new ones come in, and to my astonishment and joy the happy spirit prevails. Thank you Ibis, thank you team, you will see me again :). Mariana Amar

Propre et personnel agréable RAS

Économique est la seule qualité de cet hôtel! La dame qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners est très gentille également. Hormis ça, rien de bien! Les escaliers et couloir communs sont sales, la chambre est vieillissante, des trous de cigarettes dans la couette, la cuvette des toilettes cassée, une seule serviette pour 2, literie de qualité médiocre, la porte de la salle de bains qui ne ferme pas, bref ça ne vaut même pas le petit prix!
