Ulasan Quality Inn & Suites at Tropicana Field

Was a nice location not far at all from tropicana field. Breakfast was nice and left full before checking out, which was also an easy process.

The bed made me itch the 4 hrs I stayed there. I also found what looked liked bed bug remains on all 4 upper sides of the bathroom ceiling. I informed the hotel mamnament at 5:30 am just as I was getting out of there as fast as I could.

The room was dirty. Dry blood in the bathroom sink, room chair stained with what appeared to be blood and dirt, lampshades were all broken, light plugs didn’t work and sparked when we attempted to plug a phone charger. We arrived late and couldn’t find alternate accommodations so left early the next morning and requested a refund.

The bed and bedding was terrible. Every time you roll over, the bed squeaks and wakes everyone up. There was an entire flock of birds outside our room who woke up up from 0530-0730. Whenever a guest rolled a suite case by, it sounded like a train going by. On Sunday morning, there are a lot of guests leaving. Overall awful experience. I would love a refund for my night and will not be staying there again.

Check in was fine and very friendly and so was check out, the gentleman in the breakfast area was also very nice and helpful. But upon arrival at the room after puddle jumping down the walkway from all the ac’s the number on the room was poorly painted which set the tone. The bathroom door would not close, tile in the bathroom dirty and some broken. Tub all scratched and fascia on the sink was missing, whole room basically run down. Entire hotel needs a lot of care.

It was fine for a short stay. The king bed was not the most comfortable and the floor wasn't very clean, but it had a good breakfast and the room was decent.

This facility is awful. It is old and broken down. It's an old motel style with the room doors opening to the outside instead of a hallway. This is not the kind of quality I have come to expect from Quality Inn and Suites. I will never stay here again. I would like a refund for this reservation

1. I booked a king bed got a hard queen 2. The bathroom was nothing more than a powder room with no place to put even a toothbrush 3. The shower had 3 walls with no place to put the soap , shampoo, rag etc and the water didn’t drain filling it up with 4 inches of water. 4. The floors were so dirty our feet were filthy 5. When I complained to the desk they said “you got what you paid for we are a low budget hotel if you went to the Holiday Inn 2 blocks away it would have cost you double (not true I eventually priced it )”

I needed a place to rest for the night that was quiet, comfortable and clean. This place met my needs.

The continental breakfast was great and the service at breakfast was excellent. The price went up at check in from the reservation. The floor of the room was dirty and the room smelled.

We reserve a two bed room and upgrade to suit. The room smell funny like a resent flood, the bathroom was all rusted and the tub had broken tiles. You can see walls badly repair like something happend days earlier. If the suit was like that, i do not want to see the normal rooms. The staff was very nice and friendly.
