My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. Upon arrival the reception went an extra mile to offer us the room we wanted ( twin, non-smokung and with no neighbours since with a connecting door) and to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Everybody from personell was extremely friendly, kind and helpful: the house keeping ( Manas), the restaurant ( Rabih), A. Kader wro drove us to the airport. The rooms are very big with spacious bathrooms and with a genious architectural aircondition solution( hidden as a half moon hanged ceiling and thus not blowing directly towards the beds.) The weather was hot, but the water temperature in the pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our time in the sun. We had dinner twice at the Six Palms Restaurant and the food was great -try the Chicken Briryani! We had three amazing relaxing days in Kuwait, would recommend the hotel for any trip in the city!

Hotel is very nice all staff are so friendly nice sea view from room …Housekeeping always clean my room and refill minibar ..breakfast hasd amazing experience all juice and coffee on the table restaurant staff to much good and fast variety of food in buffet..heathy short offfer by supervisor…I enjoy my stay here and recommend this hotel to my family and friends…we will for sure to plan come back again ..see you soon guys ..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt und teilweise kaputt. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett u. hilfsbereit. Aber ehrlich, das Hotel ist bei dieser Ausstattung den Preis nicht wert. Werde definitiv nächstes Mal woanders übernachten.

Terrible place. The place is nicely located in Al Salmia, where I am doing business. However, at the time of check-in, my experience was awful. The receptionist did not speak English and could not know how to find the reservation number as I was reading to him in English, unbelievable! He insisted that I had no reservation, which was done through American Express! I had to take the printout reservations he had (only two) and show him that my name was on one of them. The room was NOT CLEAN; there were no towels or toiletries, the phone was not working, and lots of flies. I had to go downstairs to get what is typically present in any hotel room, which was another struggle to communicate with the front desk. I got one old torn towel! TV has a blurry picture. For cleaners, see the images for yourself; sorry for the disgusting photo, especially the one with what looks like human fluid. Definitely, not a 3-star hotel. Save yourself and do not try it.

Although I have already reviewed this hotel during my previous visit but this hotel and its staff deserves another one. The hotel staff goes extra mile in everything they do. During my this trip, the restaurant where I normally have dinner had a special seafood night and I don’t eat that. Imran, the staff at reception made sure that I get my meal as per my preference and arranged it at another restaurant. Also, hotel is a destination in itself in Kuwait as it has multiple fine restaurants. Will definitely keep coming back for their hospitality

It is been always our favorite place to get together, friends and family. we had a supper breakfast at Diwan, with my friends and the kids. we have reserved with Mr. Simon as usal, he is outstading hospitality, warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine care for our satisfaction made us feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend Al Diwan for anyone looking for a delightful breakfast and exceptional hospitality.
