"My Daughter held her 12 th birthday party at the teen hub there The service was very welcoming and warm The decorations were so beautiful and the food was great party food , and slushies and popcorn were very popular and age appropriate fun They had a laptop connected to the sounds and speakers so she would play her favorite music form her prepared playlist She had great fun with her friends and I would strongly recommend it for teens birthday parties , it was private and the panoramic windows gazed at the Kuwait skyline . It was picture perfect . They even arranged a Photo Booth that added a lot of fun memorable moments especially with the spectacular decorations. This is highly recommended"

"The staff Are very rude and the lifeguards are lazy I was at the pool swimming minding my own business when the lifeguard started telling me that the pool was closed even though it was clearly open because the pool opens at 7 am and closes at 5 pm and the time was 12 pm so I went up and asked my mom to see when the pool closes she said that she will go talk to them and when she asked the lifeguard why he took us out he said we were jumping when we clearly were not jumping then he said it was a ladies day but I was their on Monday and the ladies day is on Saturday and Tuesday so basically he was lazy and didn’t feel like doing his job so he just kicked us out of the pool other than that the breakfast buffet was fine not amazing."
