Hotel Salvador dengan Kolam Renang

This hotel is truly a gem! I LOVED our stay here and the staff were amazing. Isabella at the rooftop bar is the absolute sweetest hardworking and makes fantastic juices. We loved hanging out at the rooftop it’s truly beautiful! The cleaning service was flexible and the bed was heaven-sent.

Estadia excelente. Único ponto é que o vaso não estava dando descarga. Como ficamos apenas uma noite e pela manhã já saímos, nao foi tão complicado, mas é um ponto a se verificar.

This is basically a convention hotel surrounded by medical practices not far from a dirty beach and away from ALL major attractions in the city - in theory and in practice, not the best choice for tourists in Salvador or those visiting it for the first time, it's a fact. No wonder it is often busy with congress members, groups from other states or patients from the hospitals and clinics nearby. That being said, it is not a bad hotel at all, though some update and renovation is urgently needed. Staff is most kind and friendly, be it reception, housekeeping or restaurant. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is assorted, parking is available at a (high) fee. TV has tons of channels, internet works really great, the pool is not to be missed. This was my third time in the hotel and each had a fulfilled purpose. Just make sure it is the right choice to meet your purpose.

O hotel é maravilhoso, há bastante tempo faço uso dos serviços, é um dos meus preferidos em Salvador. A qualidade dos serviços é excelente, o restaurante muito bom, o café da manhã excepcional. As instalações também seguem o mesmo padrão de excelência. Vale muito a pena a hospadagem no São Salvador. Mais do que reomendado. A suíte na Torre 2 é muito boa, espaçosa e cofortável, vale a pena pagar um pouco mais.

Hotel muito bom ótima localização perto do parque do dinossauros muito limpo.

Ficamos três dias hospedados no Catussaba Resorts. A estrutura externa é da piscina e excelente, mas o serviço na praia deixa a desejar. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Limpeza adequada e realizada diariamente. O café da manhã possui variedade e qualidade.

Bem, já ficamos anteriormente nesse hotel. É um ótimo local para quem vai com crianças… têm recreação, ótimo café da manhã e limpeza e atendimento satisfatório. Porém, quando estávamos fazendo o checkin a moça da recepção informou que fizemos a reserva apenas para um casal e que as crianças não estavam incluídas… Não sei se o problema foi do hotel ou do TRIP pois, não deixa de evitar o constrangimento sendo que a reserva foi realizada com quantidade de hóspedes corretamente. O Wi-Fi deixa muiiiiiito a desejar… quase não funciona! Ah, o vaso sanitário do quarto (65) péssimo! Pra realizar as necessidades ficamos sentados e sem apoio, pois não sei que engenharia foi essa que ficamos sentados e de ponta de pé! Altíssimo e pia extremamente baixa… mas, no geral foi bom e voltaria…

Excelente hotel, porém o serviço péssimo. No café da manhã você mesmo tem que ficar limpando mesa pra sentar e ir atrás de talher, não tem funcionários suficientes. Tudo é demorado. Nenhum dia consegui comer a tapioca ou omelete que pedi, demorou certamente mais de 45 minutos e desisti. O check out hoje foi uma epopeia. Recepção demoradissima! A estrutura do hotel é ótima, piscina e quarto confortável!

This hotel is good and has a very good buffet breakfast and I also enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, the beach which the hotel overlooks is difficult to access and also has a large building site next to it. The wifi is shocking and it is almost an exaggeration to say that it exists. In the rooms it keeps cutting out and in the restaurant it is not available at all in some parts

We were staying over night in the purpose of sleep before the travel to lencois. The hotel was perfect for that. Really good value for money. Nice and clean room. Used the room service to order dinner which was really good. And the hotel was really closed to the bus terminal. Staff in check in talked English and in check out not really good English.
