Hotel Salzburg dengan Bar

This hotel is close to the train station. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, even thought here was a large conference going on. The restaurant had good food, and great service. We loved the ”no rush” attitude of the staff. We missed the breakfast, but the staff worked very hard to get us a small meal, which was so very nice, as we had a long day planned. Would stay at this hotel again .

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and clean, all the amenities and facilities were amazing and the location was good.

I wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars so it amazes me how it has 5 . Room was ok. Service in breakfast restaurant was non existent . No one managing the breakfast staff. No one greeting guests . Virtually no fruit left in the buffet when we went up. Chaotic and poorly trained staff. The toilets downstairs in the communal area were filthy. Easily the worst i have ever seen in any hotel and i am a frequent traveller , having been on 8 trips this year and stayed at about 12 hotels. The two door staff were disinterested and after we checked out and drove away we realised that they had failed to put one of our bags in the boot of our car and so we had to take a one hour round trip just to get it. These are only some of the issues we found at this hotel but there were several more. As a result, l wouldn't return to this hotel if they gave us free accommodation , food and a bottle of champagne . Fact ! I should have stayed at the Sacher. A true 5 star hotel . The Bristol is a tired old hotel with tired staff, no fitness room, no pool, toilets that do not appear to have been cleaned in days , inadequate breakfast , and tired rooms. Photos on their website look great but trust me that as soon as you enter , the place is very different and disappointing

Didn’t want to leave the hotel. Incredibly renovated retro hotel. Beautiful garden to hang out in. The colors are very relaxing . Many amenities. Incredible breakfast in a beautiful room. They have bikes, sauna, games, movies, etc. Nespresso in the room. Room beautifully appointed. We stayed in the Villa building. Would definitely recommend staying here instead of old town city center which is full of tourists.

The hotel is ideally situated to walk around the city’s attractions. Close to bus and station terminals with a taxi rank right outside for transfers to the airport. Everything was clean and the room was serviced everyday, clean towels daily and sheets every other day, Our room had a double aspect , balcony and view to the mountain. Beautiful! Reception staff were great when helping us with travel plans and bus times. The self service tea and coffee station was much appreciated and accessible 24 hours a day. Breakfast was really good, so well set out with lots of choice and freshly refilled and cleaned constantly.

This is a very run down property. Things have not been repaired to make this stay more appealing. The windows in my room hangs off its hinges when opened. The safe doesn't work. It is not very clean long black hair everywhere a whole handful in the toilet bowl in my daughters room. The towels are not even suitable for a good will bin. The toilet bowl is partially cleaned as in the brush gets a token use. There is no tea of coffee making facilities in the room, there is a broken coffee pod machine in the common lounge area. Breakfast the water for tea or coffee is Luke warm, croissant and bread rolls stale. Curtains coming off the runners. An old tired place could be forgiven if it was clean and maintenance is done.

Eerste hotel op onze fietstocht van Salzburg naar Grado.. kamers zijn ruim, netjes en een goede service.ligt bij de Messe, met de fiets in 10 minuten in de Altstadt. Prima ontbijt! Helaas was grote restaurant niet open maar kon je wel eten in de bar…. Beperkte keuze waarbij wij een lekkere salade hebben gegeten

Eravamo un gruppo di persone in gita ai mercatini di Natale con viaggio organizzato. Hotel è molto grande, si trova accanto a dei negozi e a concessionarie di auto, un pò distante dal centro città. Alla reception c'è un pianoforte, e gli spazi comuni hanno zona per la lettura e per vari giochi. Siamo arrivati di sera e ci è stata servita la cena in una sala riservata al gruppo, cibo buono ma non ho mangiato tutto (gusti personali), tavola molto ben apparecchiata. Ci hanno assegnato una camera doppia in un piano alto, con una graziosa vista con i monti circostanti. La camera era spaziosa con due zone bagno (una con wc e una con la doccia), dotata di tanti confort (compreso di ciabatte). Colazione discreta. Abbiamo dormito tranquillamente, letti comodi. Come hotel di passaggio lo consiglio.
