A Hidden Gem in Samarkand – Platan Boutique Hotel Staying at Platan Boutique Hotel was an absolute delight! We stayed in August 2024 From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel’s design perfectly blends elegance with comfort, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities we could ask for. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The lush garden surrounding the hotel added a touch of tranquility, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Samarkand’s historical treasures. The breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared with local ingredients. Every dish we tried at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, showcasing the best flavors of Uzbek cuisine. The location is ideal, allowing easy access to the city’s iconic landmarks while offering a peaceful escape from the bustling streets. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel at home. Located in a nice quiet area. On arrival one room on top floor very hot and air conditioning unit very loud through ear plugs. Next room had springs coming up through mattress and very uncomfortable. This means I wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast was strange on first day with items like butter/jam being taken from plates of people who had just left and given to us. Second and third day better and made to order food was very good. The restaurant is good for dinner although need to book.

If I could rate negative stars, I would! I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights directly on their official website 12 days in advance. At 2:00pm the day before we would arrive in Samarkand, Platan hotel canceled my reservations without explanation. AVOID THIS HOTEL. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will strand you without a hotel the day before you arrive. AVOID!

Good as hospitality, this place only need elevator, because everything else are perfect and nice , the stuff are very helpful , the room are wide and clean , the restaurant is amazing and complimentary for breakfast, they did all our orders , they just have difficulty of speaking English, the place nearby markets and very quiet at night , just consider that it is classic building and hotel , I have to tell that the hotel did everything good except that no elevator my grand mother suffered of that . Thanks for manger .
