Good as hospitality, this place only need elevator, because everything else are perfect and nice , the stuff are very helpful , the room are wide and clean , the restaurant is amazing and complimentary for breakfast, they did all our orders , they just have difficulty of speaking English, the place nearby markets and very quiet at night , just consider that it is classic building and hotel , I have to tell that the hotel did everything good except that no elevator my grand mother suffered of that . Thanks for manger .

Konumu çok iyi yerde. Turistik, merkezi yerlere yakın. bir de Semerkand'a gidecekseniz Moovit ve TaxiOK uygulamalarını kullanın. Çok işinize yarar. Odalar çok iyi değildi. Odada buzdolabı var. Kettle ve bardak yok ama isteyince sıcak su veriyorlar. Otel biraz eski. Ama oda eski otantik bir havası vardı. Bu konum ve bu fiyata iyi bir otel. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Türkçe bilenler vardı.

Nice local styled hotel, a bit old fashioned, with a sister hotel with the same name opposite. It has three levels with no lift. There is an indoor courtyard that some of the rooms face into. The rooms are a reasonable size with a couple of chairs. As a single I had a double bed. The bathroom has a walk in shower with no bath. There is good water pressure & plenty of hot water. There is Airconditioning in each room. There is a pool on the top floor and a sauna in the basement. The TV has a couple of English speaking news channels. There is free wifi which is stable but a little slow. Breakfast was included which had a good choice of hot & cold dishes. The staff are friendly and helpful. It would be a long walk to downtown but taxis are cheap. Nothing grand but all up a pleasant stay.

Этот гест-хауз нам идеально подошел практически по всем параметрам. Супер месторасположение, в 3-х минутах от Регистана и 10-ти минутах от Биби-ханум. Впрочем и до других достопримечательностей, таких как Гур-Эмир, рынок и Шахи-зинда мы гуляли пешком. Номера не совсем новые, но в них было все необходимое для комфортного ночлега, ведь мы же не собирались сидеть на месте целыми днями. Отличный завтрак входил в стоимость проживания. Но больше всего понравилось гостеприимство владельца и какая-то особая атмосфера во дворике отеля, когда многие постояльцы собирались вечером интернациональной командой. Кто-то продолжал работать, уткнувшись в ноутбук, кто-то залип в смартфон, общаясь в соцсетях с пиалой чая и вкусными фруктами, а кто-то, употребив, что-то покрепче чая вел меж собой беседы на различные темы, что впрочем никому не мешало)))

Ha superado mis expectativas. Mucho mejor que en las fotos. Cama enorme. Baño bien equipado. Toallas muy suaves. Hay un patio interior muy bonito. Personal muy amable. Desayuno un poco justo. La habitacion es grande. La TV tiene 2 canales españoles. Las calles de alrededor un poco oscuras por la noche. Hay restaurantes cerca. El centro un poco alejado, pero se puede coger taxi por menos de un euro. Es una muy buena opción en Samarcanda.

The hotel is located across a park in a quiet street. My room had plenty of storage space and a safety deposit box, comfortable and clean bedding, bathroom with bathtub and shower, nice clean towels. My room on the 2nd floor, only accessible via stairs, had a small balcony with view to the park which would be a plus for sitting outside and enjoying a drink, however, when I arrived it was cold and rainy. WiFi was good. Breakfast buffet was average upcountry fare, fried eggs, cheese, sausage, porridge, some kind of cakes, etc. Check in was fast, leaving the passport with reception which seems normal in hotels outside of Tashkent, the lady manager very friendly and efficient, however, check out was a bit slow because the guy at reception appeared a bit out of place. The one night cost about 40 USD.
