The location is very convenient as it is located beside SM and other major malls. The rooms are clean but some must already be repaired. We had to change rooms twice because AC was not cold and because door was too hard to open. But, the front desk were kind and immediately accommodated our concerns. A good restaurant is located on the ground floor. Make sure to drop by!

This is probably the best hotel in CDO. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection and the quality is good. Shoutout also to the attentive waiter at the breakfast buffet, Mr. Galmer. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are quite luxurious. This is one of the hotels that has a security scanner which is perfect for business/events. The pool was also nice and had a good view overlooking the business district of CDO. It is also conveniently located near everything necessary in CDO. I would recommend this for work trips.

It was quite late at night when me and my partner arrived from airport. The hotel staff was very accommodating and entertaining.

GV Hotel for me is great.their.room.was clean and just right for a single room.i feel comfortable though! And it's convenient and accessible from the place I went through.So all in all was absolutely great.Thank you GV Hotel

We like that the room is spacious, but we were discouraged when the aircon was not working correctly and was so noisy with heavy vibrations as if there were loose parts inside. We called the front desk under the name Joshua to ask if the operator could check it, but an hour later, no operator came to inspect the AC. We endured the noisy aircon and tried to understand that maybe they were busy. We then ordered a cup of rice as extra for our meal, but again, 30mins have passed by until we finished our meal. Too bad the service is not good and lazy.

I paid for a double room but when I arrived I was told that the information on the website is not correct and that I needed to pay extra for it. I told the manager that I should get a double room as advertised on the website. She told me that I should call the red door owner and I said that the price for the double room should be honored as advertised. The manager reluctantly agreed to my request but in the end made it right.

Booked the hotel for my parents to stay. They were very pleased and satisfied. Cleanliness and service were outstanding. Thank you Novotel please keep up your standards. Highly recommended. I will be choosing Novotel for my bookings in the future.

It has a Swimming Pool but small. Although it may not meet my criteria of the kind of Pool whenever we Go to resorts, the island is surrounded by beaches and mountains that we ought to treck and swim upon. But the place has a Very nice ambiance. Cool music on evening gigs, and kids Amenities to compensate for lack of Space. Hence tic tac toes, chess, and other puzzles are free to use during lul Times. True to its name, its a Good place to unwind. The staffs are friendly, courteous, and chill.

i could say it has an affordable price than the other inn's in cdo. it has an accessible location to all you need in the city. for the price its ok for those travellers in a tight budget...

The hotel has always provided clean, comfortable rooms with the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Food is great at banquets/meetings, although breakfast is very limited. Internet is reliable. The location is also superb! No need to worry to get your gastronmy fix even at late night with a convenient store just outside the hotel door.

It was a 40-minute drive from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast great - special mention to the coffee. The staff are courteous and very accomodating. They have a free wi-fi which a good way to stay connected especially this was a business trip.

It was a beautiful holiday vacation again here in camiguin and where choice to stay in mabini lodge, everything is absolutely perfect staff is friendly and accommodating as well good ambiance and classy room !!! All I can say it was enjoyable stay in mabini lodge!!! Me and my partner was so much enjoyed stay in place thank you!!!

One of the most relaxing resort I've been to. Top Notch! Everything is luxurious! The sound of the Birds around is delightful and paradise! Overlooking at the sea and mountain. Fantastic views. The room is very clean. I had nice sleep. They already cleaned and fixed the room while we are on breakfast. Accommodating staffs. The foods at Mi Asian Cuisine is superbly delicious. One of the best boneless Bangus ever tasted. The transfers fees are kinda overpriced. Just go there by tricycle. Far from Camiguin tourists spots. Suggest to just stay here and enjoy the amenities and instaworthy views of the resort. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Nouveau Camiguin Island

We had a very relaxing stay at this place. The staff service is superb from our arrival to departure. We rented the upper unit and the view from the room balcony is stunning- you can see White island. They have a pool, a basketball ring, several spots for photos for your Insta and a separate building to eat and chill. However, it was too cold during the time we went there so we did not use the pool, but that's fine. Staff are very courteous and would ask us if we had eaten yet (when arriving from our daily trips in the city center at night). Food is reasonably priced, delicious and they give generous portions. We only ate breakfast there since we were in the city proper for lunch and dinner. You could also opt to have your food and drinks delivered in your balcony. They also have a bar- I ordered the Espresso Martini and it was delicious. Wifi is strong- they have Starlink and even though there were times the electricity was out (they have a generator though), Wifi connection was there. We worked a bit during the nights we stayed there and the Wifi was strong, especially in the balcony. It fogged 3 out of 4 days that we stayed there and it feels like we are in Baguio haha. We did not use the AC in the room because it was already cold. The bathroom was also very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Going to the location would take us 15-20 mins via rented motor, just be careful with the road since there are many curves, foggy road, but overall, okay. Also, we went there Dec 2024 and it gets dark very quickly at night so if you are from the city, be sure to go to Paraiso by 5:30 pm since the road going there is not lighted. Road is also passable via car since we passed some on the road. They have parking for your car and motor also. Going there, you can pass by Utopia Cafe and beyond the road from Bintana sa Paraiso is Nanaw Cafe- good food also. Overall, a very recommended place if you want to relax in Camiguin. Shoutout to the front desk manager -Jayr and the other staff for inviting us to their Christmas party- VERY FUN!

Best location to stay in the island where amenities are easier than south of the island located hotels.An 80's designed hotel but security is good.Rooms are quite small but with magnetic card door locks.No water heater.Two minutes walk to Jollibee fast food and five minutes ride to the central market.Local tourism authority is a 5 minute wakk.

I would like to thank the owner of Txaleta Ma'am Milet and her hubby for the excellent accommodating hospitality especially the welcome drinks and towels such an exceptional service rendered just like home. The facilities in the room are eco friendly and well groomed. They offer bag, water bottles, towels That can be used for Island hopping and going to some scenic spots. Moreover, they have delicious breakfast, beverage and Full meal of your choice. I love the homely ambiance, cliff scenery overlooking seaview. At night, the surrounding was peaceful just hearing birds chirping pleasant to ears. I had 2 great night sleep with soft comfortable bed. I will definitely come back soon. Although, the hotel is on going construction but the facilities could still cater what's needed. 😍
