This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

The hotel was fantastic
Trip .Com is a SCAM I tried to cancel my reservation but the number to call is not in service. The Hotel staff says they have nothing but problems with this online platform.
NEVER will I recomend trip.com

The hotel had plenty of parking, although accessing the hotel is confusing your first time as you cannot turn into the lot from both directions. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Blackout shades were great for sleeping in. Food at the restaurant was good but a bit over priced. And the free breakfast was very good.

Was a nice stay as usual, staff are good hotel is nice and modern. Could use some more security or patrols for outside parking. Underground parking was full and ppl park like assholes lol but all in all was good as usual. It’s what you expect for a hotel in down town Prince George on a Friday night.

Really nice spot to stop over for a couple of nights. The locations is just on the outskirts of town. However, they offer a free shuttle into the town in the evenings. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. There is laundry facilities on site too as well as a hot tub.
Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the waffles. And plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

the service was good, but there were stain on the bed sheet and hair on the floor even after house keeping, hope they can improve the cleaning a bit.
and the water was not hot enough, other than that everything else is ok.

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Bbdawwg 017Nice hotel, clean and good size rooms. A bit out of the way in comparison to town. We were traveling with a large group and some hotel staff were accusing us of poor behavior even though we specifically told them we weren't part of the group they thought we were. Didn't matter though, the hotel staff in the hallways treated our children poorly, threatening them and were yelling at them for walking down the hallway to another room, even though the gentleman at the front desk didn't even know the kids were walking past when they did, we asked him. We made sure kids were in their rooms before 11 and we were on the 1st floor. Amenities were nice and Ricky's restaurant next door was convenient. However because of the poor treatment, we will not be back.

王王The hotel is relatively new, but the room size is small and the use is relatively cramped. On the edge of the highway, it is relatively deserted. Book more days in advance, the price may be considered affordable, if you book within a few days, the price/performance ratio is not high. Breakfast is average, but during the epidemic period, it's okay, and it's completely full. Overall, yes.

CCKWtripWhat we like: The hotel is quite new, the room is quite spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful.
What we don’t like: The hotel is located at the edge of the town, which is few minutes drive from the downtown area. It is also close to the railway and we can hear train noise in the evening.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It was a good stop over for our trip to Banff.

This check-in efficiency was indeed the first time I met in Canada. It is the off-season, there are a lot of vacancies, and I arranged a room close to the elevator. I said if I could change it. EEmily_xiaocaoThe room was on a good floor and had a balcony facing the sea. The night view was beautiful. The sun shone directly on the bed. It was close to the pier and you could take the seabus to the opposite side in just a few minutes. It was very convenient and more affordable than the hotel opposite. It was also beautiful to walk around the North Vancouver beach. It was recommended by a relative in Vancouver. I didn't expect that Ctrip also had cooperation. It would be better if Ctrip's high-end hotels could get more discounts.

GGuest UserIt's very peaceful and the hot springs are very comfortable. Looking at the snowy mountain tops in the distance, it feels like a fairy tale. The nearby scenery is also worth exploring. I encountered a small grizzly bear and a deer, and I want to go there again.

GGuest UserEasily the best stay ever, we loved everything at The Josie! The room was amazing, the bathroom also, lots of towels and toiletries, very comfortable sleep, pillows were great, free parking on premises and paid in the garage, the restaurant was great, delicious fresh food. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, overall highly recommend, I wish we could stay there longer!
