Hotel San Antonio dengan Gim

I recently attended a wonderful conference at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel and Spa. Beautiful rooms, amazing bed, loved the grounds and amenities. Special mention to Amina and Helena at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Chloe for the great breakfast service at Corinne, and great barista coffee to revive a jet lagged traveller!

The Menger is a hotel with much character. The historic architecture, antique furniture and overall setting is amazing. It's like staying in a museum. The rooms a large and comfortable. The bar is cozy and friendly. I had a bit of a problem with the TV, and engineering was at my door almost as soon as I hung up the phone! I highly recommend it for business or leisure travel.

Featuring free WiFi and a year-round outdoor pool. Just 2.1 km from The Alamo. The hotel has a sun terrace and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a drink at the onsite bar. Private parking is also available. The property is adjacent to the Riverwalk. All rooms have a 48" flat-screen TV. Certain units feature a private terrace with views of the San Antonio River or of the city. Rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bath robes and slippers. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. Guests can also enjoy the library. Supper serves a seasonal, farm-to-table menu of South Texas cuisine. The onsite market, Larder, offers local groceries, wine, beer, baked goods, flowers, meats and more. An intimate setting for craft beer, classic cocktails and wine is offered at the Hotel Emma's bar and club room, Sternewirth. The area is popular for golfing and cycling. The hotel also offers free use of bicycles and car hire. Ripleys Believe It Or Not Museum is 2.2 km from the property. The nearest airport is San Antonio Airport, 10 km from the property.

Nicely located by Great America, Rim-shopping Center and restaurants. Friendly staff, clean and modern accommodations. Small hotel room, nice bathroom, small mini fridge, no in-room microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Only one chair in room. Have to keep logging into the Internet every day to use. Valet parking only, very inconvenient and expensive. Not a good fit for daily coming and going. If something is left in the car you still need to get the valet to get your items. Self park options not available. Might be all right for a one night stay but not for more than two. Full service breakfast only offered Friday through Sunday, dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Small grab and go coffee shop open every day. Nice gym with water fill. Offers both indoor and outdoor pools.

We regret staying at this hotel. The place is dirty. The elevator button panel and carpet is dirty. The hallway carpet is dirty. The towels are old and they either had hair from their previous user on them or were discolored from being old or both. We were given a slightly pink wash cloth. Like it was washed with a red piece of clothing that bled out in the wash. Instead of throwing it away they used it. The bathroom floor had loose tiles because water is getting underneath due to poor installation when it was remodeled. The light switch in the bathroom has not been wiped down in a long time. The shower was gross. There was hair on the shower walls when we got there. The housekeeping staff while nice, do not do a good job of cleaning. Best Western should look into who over is running this place because it really is gross. I will stick to other hotel companies instead of giving BW more of my money.

It’s an old hotel with some tons of renewed. Is a good hotel. Stuff very friendly. The thing is my check in supposed to be at 4pm nas I get there 5pm and had to wait almost an hour to provide a room for me. It was PACK.

Kami memutuskan untuk bermalam dan memilih Sheraton Gunter untuk penginapan kami. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat indah dengan banyak sejarah yang terkenal dengan tempat tinggal dan barang antik yang lain. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif, terutamanya apabila seorang kakitangan meluangkan masa dari jadual sibuk mereka untuk memberi kami lawatan yang menghantui ☺☺! Kami SUKA kolam mereka kerana ia mempunyai ruang duduk di dalam sekitar kolam, yang membantu saya kerana arthritis saya dan dapat duduk dan berehat di dalam air apabila saya ingin berehat. Satu-satunya aduan yang saya ada ialah saya berharap mereka mempunyai dobi tetamu kerana ia akan memudahkan urusan terutama apabila melancong dengan anak-anak. Selain itu, saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini, walaupun dalam suite bukan biasa, biliknya sangat luas, katilnya sangat selesa, dan sangat dekat dengan restoran, dan tarikan pelancong lain.

Lokasinya cukup baik, Alamo adalah persimpangan jalan, berjalan kaki juga berjalan kaki, saya memesan bilik raja, biliknya agak kecil, dan anda boleh melihat hiasannya benar-benar lama, tirai mandi sudah usang. Dan tidak ada air minuman di dalam bilik, saya keluar ke mesin layan diri tetapi air botol tidak pernah keluar selepas saya memasangkan dan memilih barang saya.

Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve never had to call maintenance so many times while staying in a hotel let alone a Marriott. Checked in at 4 pm, got to my room and it was 78 degrees. I cranked down the A/C but it wasn’t working. After over an hour the room was only down to 76. Called maintenance and they came in to tinker with the system but didn’t really do much. I went down to the front desk to see about switching rooms and I was told the hotel was sold out. Was offered 20k points and a fan - points still haven’t shown on the account so I’m not holding my breath I’ll see them. That evening I went to take a shower and couldn’t get hot water. Another call to maintenance. After letting the water run for well over five minutes it finally started getting warm. Two nights later. The TV system failed. Another call to maintenance. Turns out the entire hotel was out. Service was restored after a couple of hours. I expect better from Marriott. Will not be back. Poor customer service, no follow up, no offer to move me to another room when one opened up. Questioning why I keep Gold status with Marriott.
