Ulasan Comfort Suites Alamo Riverwalk

The hotel was nice,clean,beds comfortable,staffs were great and friendly but the location of the hotel was unsafe.Parking space under the bridge was not safe at all.We don’t feel safe walking from the hotel to river walk.

Check-in staff gave us a room/room key that was still being cleaned. Had to stand in the hall and wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. There is a venue next door that apparently has an outside stage and a band started playing at 11pm and didn't stop for a couple of hours (poolside of the hotel). There were a lot of homeless people in the area harassing drivers at the traffic light and stop sign intersections. I would not consider the Riverwalk as walkable from this hotel.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Any concerns we had they helped us right away. I would stay again on our next trip!!

The room seemed old. The wall paper was poorly done. The roof over the beds seemed as if water was leaking and had the appearance of mold underneath. And we had a teenage roach crawling along the wall over the sofa.

Not really on the River Walk, but didn't wait more than 5min for an uber of Lyft

This place was wonderful. Aside from the plunger in the sink being broken so we couldn't fill it with water, everything was great. We felt safe and valued as guests.

We didn’t even stay there. The hotel stated it was on the Riverwalk. They didn’t list you had to pay for parking, the parking was a bad area. We ended up getting a refund.

Neighborhood is super shady. Lots of homeless loitering but otherwise fine

Not a good area. Vehicle broken into. Hotel had cameras and wouldn't help.

Property in need of a renovation. The area is not conducive for a vacation. A quick business trip maybe. Staff are nice but what can they do with the condition of the property? Has Riverwalk in the Name but its not near the Riverwalk. Very disappointed in the brand.

It appeared to be convienent from the site. But there appears to be an immediate homeless problem around the hotel. Couldn't walk safely at night and the River Walk is more than 5-7 minutes away It Appears that this is just an older property that isn't properly maintained.

The room was dirty and noisy. Killed a cockroach in the morning. Will never stay at a Choice Hotel again.

Good morning in my room we found cockroaches in the night. Another thing that I didn’t like is that during my stay. They went and put us clean bath towels but they left my room door open I don’t know for how many hours. When we got to the hotel we saw the door not completely open partially open the good thing it was that all my stuff were in my room. But the staff was very nicely with us.
