Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di San Bernardino

segala-galanya mengenai hotel ini hebat, namun perkhidmatannya tidak seperti yang saya sangka .... apa yang berlaku ialah pemegang kad yang membayar bilik itu bukan tetamu yang cuba mendaftar masuk ... bilik itu membayar secara dalam talian kerana pemegang kad yang tertera di kad tersebut mempunyai salinan kad pengenalannya dan tidak mahu ada masalah semasa saya mendaftar masuk tetapi hanya mendapatnya ... pada 22 sekitar jam 6 petang kedua-dua tetamu pergi untuk mendaftar masuk dan meja depan hotel tidak akan mengambil hanya lembar daftar masuk yang disediakan setelah transaksi selesai. Kami menghadapi masalah kerana pemegang kad dengan kad yang membayar untuk bilik tidak dapat memberikan kad pengenalan yang sebenarnya .... bukan salinan ... masalah ini berlanjutan berjam-jam ... sekitar jam 10:30 malam kami pergi kembali ke hotel.dan hotel.manager adalah kerani depan.desk .... kami menjelaskan keadaannya dan memberitahunya bahawa kami akan kembali pada waktu pagi tetapi jika mereka dapat menolak tempahan kami kerana ini adalah transaksi yang TIDAK DAPAT DIKEMBALIKAN dan dia berkata TIDAK ... ketika kami berjalan pergi dia memanggil kami kembali dan bertanya adakah kami pasti akan memeriksa pada keesokan harinya, kami berkata ya .... dan dia berkata selama kami mendaftar masuk sebelum tengah hari.it harus menolak kerana dia akan membuat nota TIDAK TAMPIL untuk tempahan itu. keesokan harinya kami tiba sekitar jam 10 pagi dan mendaftar masuk setelah menerangkan keadaannya .... namun, pada 24 pada sekitar jam 8 malam kami diminta untuk pergi oleh kerani meja depan yang bertugas. Saya menjelaskan kepadanya apa yang berlaku dan kami mendapat kesan bahawa kami berada di sana sehingga 25hb .... dia terus-menerus mengatakan tidak dan jadi kami pergi dan kehilangan sedikit sebanyak 100 dolar .... semalam .. ..dan mempercayai hakikat sederhana bahawa setelah menyelesaikan transaksi dan menerima lembaran cek .... KAMI TIDAK AKAN MEMPUNYAI MASALAH YANG MEMERIKSA DALAM HENDAKLAH DILARANG.

Very nice inside and easily accessible .Quite cozy inside and insulated fantastically to keep out the bitter cold.

Was staying here on a business trip with some colleagues. I'd definitely stay here again. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was free and plentiful, with lots of great options, the parking was free and easy, there was a discount next door at the BJ's restaurant that my colleagues and I enjoyed on our second night of the stay, and the hotel staff made sure we were accommodated when our flight was delayed by 4 hours and we ended up having to check-in at 5 in the morning. I also have to give a MASSIVE shoutout to Ms. Shakia E. at the front desk- this staff member saved my life- we had to ship a hard drive out for work before our group left the next morning to fly back to Canada (we're a film crew and we always send an additional hard drive with our footage by mail as a safety procedure). Anyway, the night before I had the most difficult time trying to send this drive off- Fed Ex wasn't working and their site had gone down, their tech support wasn't open until the morning, and when their site did start working again, it wouldn't accept a Canadian credit card trying to ship out of the US. And by this time all the physical Fed Exes were closed. I didn't have a UPS or other shipping account. Shakia stepped up and helped so much, she arranged for UPS to pick up the package from the hotel the next day after we left and helped me get an order set up. It sounds straightforward, but honestly, when you're in another country on very little sleep and have several other things to deal with for work, someone like Shakia is a superhero- honestly, this lady is an angel and deserves a promotion. I felt so taken care of and looked after. Overall, would definitely come back to this hotel, if anything, just for the lovely staff who went above and beyond. Many thanks to Shakia and all the staff, from the Canadian film crew :)

The state was wonderful the parking could’ve been a little bit better, but I know they worked with what they had. Everything was still under construction so I know it’s going to be grand afterwards. The inside was beautiful the room was clean everything was talk nicely I couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect gorgeous room bathroom and kitchen.

The kitchen that was the main reason I book this hotel, and she didn’t disappoint. I had everything I needed ! I loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast offered (dinner mon-wed I believe) also the laundry room. The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :
