Great location, close to multiple shops

The staff was very friendly! They provided suggestions on restaurants and activities. The hotel is in a good location family friendly and quiet. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast it wasn't the typical boring version instead there was variety of food that met most dietary needs. Our room was clean and spacious equipped with a kitchenette. I will definitely book again!

The carpet has an extremely bad smell. It smells like urinate. I did not bother to talk to them and change the room because we cane at midnight. Also, they charge almost the double for parking the car in public parking which is also narrow and congested. The beds are ok.

Hotel provato all'apertura nel 2018 e contento di esserci tornato nell'estate 2024. Buona posizione, ricordarsi che il parcheggio nei dintorni è a pagamento. Hotel con camere spaziose, fornite di cucina con tutto il necessario, frigo grande, microonde, letti comodissimi, bagno ottimo con prodotti forniti, colazione buona intercontinentale con uova, bacon o salsiccie o hamburger, waffle, marmellata, yogurt, nutella, cereali, e importante forniscono un pò di colazione senza glutine su richiesta. Very modern decorated. We walked to zoo and the maritime museum with nice central location. Made use of included breakfast each day.

This was a very nice hotel. Perfect location and the staff was super friendly! Loved the kitchen in room and very comfortable beds and a pillow buffet of 3 different types provided. Free breakfast was a definite plus. The only difficulty was parking. The parking garage is shared with another hotel and the public so spots fill up very fast. The smaller the car the better because it is very small spaces. The hotel was great.

We decided to stay at this hotel as it was close proximity to balboa park as we came to do the rock and roll race.
Our first impression was - why are there guards in the front door region?
We didn’t notice anything until we walked one block south to find off people sleeping out on the streets. The smell was not pleasant around the city. Gaslamp was nearby and same with the restaurants.
They are all within walking distance, but I didn’t feel safe walking alone.
The area is so so but close to the park which was the start line and nest finish which was union and ash street,
I had a car so it was convenient to go to mission Bay Area which was nice,
The hotel itself was nice and new - nice kitchen area in the room.
Staff very nice and included breakfast.
Overall it is a nice hotel and location.
I’m just not happy about the outside life that occurs around this restaurant.
