Ulasan California Suites Hotel

The hotel is old and really need renovation. The air conditioner is rather noisy and I have to put my earbuds on when sleeping. Unluckily our two rooms only have a small window overhead in bathroom while other has a large windows the back. It made the room rather dark and the main switch for the light is out of order, we have to walk carefully across the bed to turn on the light which was placed between the two beds. The room condition was quite different from the pictures shown. The location is good and convenient but the cleanliness is far below standard. Somebody vomit in front of the parking lot gate that is the main entrance to our rooms’ building, it was not cleaned when 3 days was passed. As a budget hotel, we won’t expect much but the maintenance of facilities and the cleanliness must be up to standard. Sure we won’t come again.

I'm the kinda person that is huge on communication and fairness. I think her name is Brianna at the front desk...."wow" extremely nice and accommodating to us. And to be honest the entire front desk receptionists are very good at what they do. I will return.

The microwave was so old that the iron inside was powdered and smelled and we could not use the Microwave. The customer service will never pick up the phone and they don't have anyone to bring you anything to the room. Only if there is more than one person in office is when they actually will bring you something about 30 min later.

Good location. Cheap laundry. But the hotel seems been a long time.

Love it here the front desk girls are awesome and the manager is amazing - We drove 10 minutes to the ocean for a trip to the water -breanna

This place was not what was advertised. The pic must have been done years ago. The place was horrible. I was booked for two days only was there one night. No sleep. Air conditioner was high on the wall pointed down on bed. Smelled moldy and weird both room and air conditioner. Carpet was very dirty. Asked for a refund on second night of course was told not refund!! Would rate this a zero if available.

Everything was fine, have a good stay here

The first time I booked here I expected to get a room with a stovetop however when I got to my room there was no snow tub and I called down to the front desk and said I paid for a room with a stove in it and she was very rude and said that I did not and I continue to tell her but when I booked the room when I click on the picture it had a stove top in it and she said oh well can't move you

Cleanliness was great the service was good I like the location

My boyfriend and I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Loved that this location does not require a deposit and is available to book 24/7.

真心點贊，住的新裝修雙床房，肥皂/洗護用品不是劣質的那種。有冰箱微波爐，前台有免費咖啡。我個人感覺更像一個酒店，比汽車旅館要好。能感覺經營者是用心在經營想好好做生意的。附近有許多餐館位置很方便。裏面還有個小花園讓人感覺很舒適。這個價格絕對會再來住的。 另：前台很熱心，爽快答應我延遲退房，孩子貪玩想去自動販賣機買飲料，很熱心的建議我去加油站買，自動販賣機便宜！被温暖到了。謝謝
