Located right outside Powell Street station of Bart if you’re traveling from airport in Bart then it’s very convenient The room is big enough to open and pack two big luggage Amenities were lacking though the tissue box is empty when I first get into the room and no slippers to be found in the room We asked concierge and they quickly placed new ones for us Toilet is quite old but generally it’s clean

Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

Was here for holiday, chose this location as heard it is one of the safer areas. It was too bad, just that opposite the park there are quite of bit of homeless people sleeping. Location was alright, was accessible to Fisherman wharf, Golden Gate (took Lyft all the way). Around $10 to $25 per trip. Service was quite good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was cheerful and greeted everyone. However for the room, it was not the best, not what i would expect of Hilton having frequent the brand in other countries. Unlucky as got one of the un-renovated rooms. Room was outdated. The shower is a one way, so you can't control the flow of the water. There isn't even a sink stopper to fill the tub. Overall because of the room, wasn't the best for me.

Fiquei hospedada 3 noites em um quarto feminino, camas no estilo cápsula. O quarto espaçoso e silencioso. O locker grande, sendo que coube meu mochilão, mochila comum e casaco. Em cada andar eles tem um lounge com TV, micro ondas, geladeira, café e chá à vontade. A localização é ótima, perto de mercado, transporte público e pontos turísticos a 20 minutos de caminhada. Adorei e recomendo!

Stayed here for an overnight layover. A bit expensive but much better than sleeping in the airport. Very conveinent for a 5pm landing in SFO and a noon departure. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication when it came to (what I was told the night before) a complementary breakfast voucher.

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out. Second time I've stayed here and I'm sorry but I won't be going back. Can't fault the location, being near a cable car line and two BART subway stations, but (sigh) the private room we had here was a dingy, over priced hole. Staff on reception were also noticeably uninterested in our welfare. There was a nice reception lady who helped me with a tour booking. But the guys who booked us in, and booked us out, couldn't have been less interested. Put it like this: had the guy who booked us out asked, 'Hi, how was your stay ? How did you find your room?' (and he didn't ask this - or make any other comment) I would have replied, 'our flight to SF took 11 hours, and we then had to endure over two hours getting through US border security, while jetlagged, then a 30 minute ride on BART, then walked through the Tenderloin in the dark to get to the hostel. After all that it might have nice for your reception staff to at least ask, out of courtesy, how was our journey? Had we travelled far? Etc etc. The usual welcoming small talk. But no, this guy just wanted our IDs and my payment. No hello and welcome. Then there was the room with the bunkbed, the inward facing window and the faint but distinct odour of urine. Walls painted a ghastly shade of green. No air conditioning (when temps were 70-80F) and a small fan that didn't work from the start. The only window faced another window so you had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, which added to the dingy feeling. And for all this I paid over $1100 for seven nights. I know SF is expensive but I'd call that over priced.' Anyway, as I said, the guy who checked us out didn't ask how our stay was and so I didn't tell him any of this. Which is why I'm writing it here. I'm not expecting reception staff to form lasting relationships with customers. There's a high churn rate of faces here, as there are at most hotels and hostels. But I do expect 'hello' 'goodbye' and a room that doesn't smell of urine.

Excellent choice! Super satisfied with my room cleanliness and size and the lady manager in the front desk was so helpful and hooked me up with a nice view. I will definitely stay here again. So near everything. Love it. Make sure you check out the roof top view at the restaurant bar, amazing!
