Four Seasons at Embarcadero was simply not worthy of a five-stars hotel. I’ve even completed a survey at the end of our stay which not the general manager reached out instead the administrative assistant. After my message revealing it was a generic response from her, she ghosted right after. Do you think that warranted five-stars for ghosting a guest that just stayed at your property? No. Obviously they simply do not care, which was an utter shame. In addition to that, the check-in process was a complete mess (checking in twice on the same day), room wasn’t ready close to 5pm (despite being asked by their team a couple of days when we will be arriving) and customer service simply was not that of five-stars. Sure, the suite was lovely and so were the corner views but despite how well done those points were - without customer service and being organized and on top of your game, it didn’t warrant five stars at all for a Four Seasons property. For such a pretty penny, this felt like highway robbery.

What a beautiful hotel, perfect location- stunning views & about a 25 minute walk to fisherman’s wharf. Staff were lovely & helpful & the room was perfect. Everything you could need, extremely clean & quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again & will definitely recommend.

Best hotel and location in the city for families and couples. We stayed here with our 3 little kids and absolutely loved it. The staff was so helpful and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and has all the things you need when you travel with kids. My son had a cough and the concierge brought us a humidifier and sound machine. The location is superb with many great parks around and a cvs across the street. The valet guys are great and it was so nice to not worry about finding parking. Our kids liked Francisco Park, 2 blocks away. And the cable car was like 25 steps away from the hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this property. It is WONDERFUL! And the staff is terrific. I hope we can return soon!

5 Un RITZ CARLTON DE LOS MEJORES ! Habitación , grande , silenciosa Buena cama grande y cómoda Me dieron late check out . Soy miembro de BonVoy ( está cadena pertenece) Hermoso el aroma adentro Pedis agua adicional y te traen al toque , lo mismo con cualquier amenities , Pedí una heladera para / guardar medicina y me la trajeron al Toque Ubicado cerca de todo ( china Town y centro comercial ) Te saludan cuando pasas por el front desk , Siempre !!! ( buen día ) Están muy atentos para complacerte Conserjeria excelentes consejos Lastima que la ciudad SFCO , esta caída ( mico homeless , y no tan segura de noche )
