Great stay at the FS as always. I must say that I was a little worried with all the recent press about SF and Market St in particular. I had not been to the city in years but I can report that the demise of SF has been greatly exaggerated. The FS as usual is a respite from the outside world. The beds are super comfy, the service is great, wonderful bar. The breakfast at MKT is pretty good, some items (corned beef hash) miss, but others (Migas) hit. Great value.

Great stay with a great in-house Indian chef at their restaurant. Food was excellent. Not a grandiose property but was excellent for a base for day trip around San Francisco and walking out in the city. Staff was excellent. Only minor quip would be that I supposedly got a 2 level upgrade on my room. However, the view of the room was horrible and on a relatively low floor. I guess you need a ”20 level” upgrade to get a nice room. That said, having booking through Amex FHR and having those benefits, it made the stay nice.

We’ve stayed several St.Regis and this was one of the best. Amazing service and fantastic views of the city in the heart of downtown. The service really stands out. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was fabulous to soaking. The staff was very professional and welcoming. We will be back someday.

Kakitangan Ctrip terus bercakap di telefon dan kemudian membayar saya bayaran penuh untuk bilik! Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik!

Lobi hotel sedang diubah suai, meja penyambut tetamu kecil, dan perkhidmatannya tidak memuaskan. Ia adalah satu-satunya hotel yang tidak membenarkan daftar masuk awal semasa wabak. Saya tinggal di San Francisco selama lebih daripada sepuluh hari kali ini. Saya menukar empat hotel. Mereka semua dibenarkan mendaftar masuk apabila tiba pada waktu pagi. Hanya yang ini. Saya dimaklumkan apabila bilik itu tersedia. Saya tidak menerima panggilan sehingga jam 4 petang. Saya mendaftar masuk selepas saya mendaftar masuk. The location is perfect, easy to access all the famous spots in SF. Overall service was also nice. However, the facilities in the bathroom need to replace with new ones, or, at least, it needs to be fixed. 1. the drain in the sink was clogged, so water went down slowly. 2. I hoped to take a rest from the fatigue of my long journey with a lower-body bath, but it was almost impossible since the tub cap looks like broken, and the water in the tub kept leaking. It was a somewhat disappointing experience considering the hotel is regarded as the best one in SF.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel - high ceilings, wooden floors, old elevator, worn wood wall panels in the bar/breakfast area. Very comfortable, clean, well appointed rooms, friendly staff. Smallish room, which was fine for me. Just an all around pleasant experience for me. The one small drawback was the ”rainfall” shower head, which was on an unnecessarily tall goose neck, was so high that I could hardly reach it to tilt it a bit so the water didn't fall so close to the valve (wouldn't have mattered - it was rigid), which meant warm water cooled before it reached my body. Also, I would have liked to have been able to open the windows just a little for fresh air. Well, okay, another drawback was the construction going on at a nearby site, which meant noise, even at night. Didn't keep me from getting a good rest, though.

I booked for an emergency work trip. Hotel was near the office. When I arrived there were trash cans at the curb and it smelled terrible. Once inside there was a guest that wanted to go into the room they had rented to get a phone charger, and the counter clerk insisted it wasn't there. They went back and forth for several minutes before I was helped. The clerk said the room was the one I had booked and he'd go check again. We did the paperwork and went upstairs. Could barely fit through the elevator door with one suitcase and a backpack. I get to my room, the clerk searches it and hands me a key to my door and a fob to get in the front door. As I was there for work I sat down and set up my laptop and went to connect to the network. I work in healthcare and my computer refused to connect because it was an open network. Without the barest of security on the wifi, I could not connect to my VPN and work. I went down to the front desk and told them that I was there for a work trip and I was unable to work because their wifi didn't have adequate security. I was told it was ”standard wifi” and that I ”might get a refund, he didn't know”. I checked out 30 minutes after checking in, and they charged me for the full 6 nights at a total of $2600 because I didn't cancel within the 24 hour window (I booked 25 hours before) and they said I should have called and asked about the security of their wifi....Who thinks a business would have less security on their wifi than your home internet service?? I tried talking to the manager who insisted that they couldn't rebook the room (that's a lie) and it was my fault for not checking with them. Terrible service. They're hiding behind the 24 hour cancellation period which I had zero control over. As my company's HQ is in San Fran, I will be notifying our travel and finance departments of the filthy behavior of management and the facility to make sure none of our other employees book here.

サンフランシスコの1番便利なところにあるホテルです。マーケットストリートと4th街の交差点のところにあります。目の前にマリオットホテルがあります。斜めにRoss店があります。 5泊宿泊しました。部屋にはスリッパや歯ブラシなどは無いので持参が必要です。ティッシュは1箱フロントで貰いました。冷蔵庫は無いです。電子レンジは1階にあります。娘の部屋にはシャワーだけですが私の部屋には浴槽もあります。 受付の方はみんなとても親切でした。1人が日本語がしゃべれて本当に優しい方でした。この近くにはレストランもスーパーもありますのでとても便利です。電車もたくさんありますので観光にも良い場所です。

I stayed at the Urban Hotel with my daughter for 2 nigths at the end of December 2022. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was nice. Viny at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. The room was small, but we knew it, it was very clean and the common bathrooms and restrooms were cleaned several times a day. I definitely recommand as the location is one of the best: just in front of China Town entrance! Bart is only a few blocks away, plenty or restaurants nearby, and safe location.

My husband, adult son and I stayed at Hotel 32One for 8 nights in mid April. We booked with Lita on the phone and she greeted us warmly remembering our booking phone call. Our room was 1005, which was perfect with two bathrooms and a sitting area with a sleep sofa. The hotel was very clean, staff, especially Lita, very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Close to the BART, bus, Union Square and Chinatown. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.
