This motel is ideal for what it is. It is right in the middle of the Richmond District and is right on Geary Bd.
There is off-street parking, which is labelled as "first come, first served." I did not have a problem, but I went on a weeknight in January. There are clearly fewer spots than rooms.
If you need a place to stay in that part of San Francisco, this place is just right.
That said, it is not luxurious or fancy. It is a motel with clean rooms and well located for that part of the City.

Decent hotel for stay between GG Park and Presidio. Very convenient for visit to DeYoung and Legion of Honor museums. Lots of great restaurants around. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave, and HVAC. Room was kept very clean. Parking was iffy.

The toilet didnt flush and the shower had mold in it. This place has gone downhill.

Room has items in need of repair, I'm sure they're aware of. Outside of that, my brief stay was fine from check-in with a charming young lady, until checking out with the same. It was a perfect location for the plans we had.

If you are working close to Golden Gate Park this is a perfect place to crash for the evening. Its hard to find places with free decent parking in SF and this is def your best bet price wise if you are in the area. Highly recommended vs staying at either decrypt spots downtown or overly expensive luxury hotels. This is your sweet spot of comfort and price and the staff is very nice too!

TV never worked. First day no picture. After picture restored, sound cut off after ten minutes. Reported numerous times.
Microwave could not be used. No outlet for plug. Promised extension never materialized.
Furniture functional but some of it was beat up.
Still, the location works for me and I would come back here.

The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I would have liked more room for my toiletries in the bathroom. (One narrow shelf is not enough. Would rather it be a cabinet.)

I didn’t go after reading bad reviews that they had bed bug infestation, mold in bathroom wall, smelly carpets and clean,iness problems. There were also good reviews but I already have health issues and ddi not want to take any risk. I called for two days to talk to hotel management to talk but nobody picked up phone.so I lost $120 because hotel was non refundable. Learnt my lesson not to book non refundable hotel and also to read reviews before booking and also to keep away from cheaper hotels.
