At check in I asked for a room on a high floor, he told me he did not have any, but don't worry theres no one above you. which clearly there was, I could hear them walking and stomping. No problem , they were quiet after 9pm. The room was clean and decent enough, until it was morning and time to take a shower. No hot water. they were nice enough to move me, but I ended up forgetting a small canvas bag in the old room that completly dissapeard. the front dest person said nobody had been in the room but there was a luggage tag in the trash that was not mine and my little bag was not there, as it was the only place I could have left it. Would I stay agian, probably but I'd make sure I have hot water before unpacking, since moving rooms in a rush in the morning caused me to leave something behind, yes I know that is my fault, but the item should not have dissapeared.

Wonderful Hotel, From check in to check out everything was perfect. Heated pool was fun , so close to Great America ( $10.00 ) Lyft ride one way. Very clean. Nice Breakfast. Big Suites. Our Daughter left her purse and we got it back and everyone was so helpful. Will definitely stay again when we get back in town.

The desk clerk who checked us in talked so fast it was hard to understand her. Nice spatious 2 bedroom apt. designed well with two bedrooms & two baths and a living area & kitchen in the middle. Furniture is a bit worn and dirty (arm rests). There isn’t enough cookware in kitchen. Needed a non-stick pan for eggs, a colander, can opener, 1 qt. sauce pan, teaspoons, S/P shaker (not little packages). The remote control was a universal and several of the buttons did not work such as the closed captioned button. We were in room 2021. It’s next to a driveway with a red curb (fire lane) where you can’t park. It’s better if you can get a room on the west facing side so you can park close to your room. We were hauling boxes of cooking supplies as I needed to bake a pasta dish for a party. The other thing was the breakfast ends way too early at 9am. We try to find places that serve breakfast ‘til 10am so u can sleep in. They did have a good breakfast, though, and it was nice to eat on real plates with stainless steel utensils in lieu of paper or plastic plates and utensils.

I don't know the quality, but I am told to come at 4 p.m. for check-in. One may request early check-in at 11 a.m. by paying 40 USD additionally. Before that, you have to pay for a full day. We don't run the airline companies to create a schedule that suits your check-in time. Also, we never asked for refunds for early checkout or not having the complimentary breakfast. There is no courtesy here, just like other big chains or places.

A very clean, updated Hyatt House with a Chromcast TV and a huge collection of EV destination chargers for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles, which was very convenient for me as I rented an EV from the airport and I'm able to fully charge it overnight here, saving a lot of hassle finding a public charger. I was not offered a Globalist upgrade, however, upon checking in, which Hyatt Place/House hotels aren't required to do but most do, in my experience. There do seem to be a lot of extended stay ”residents” at this property, for what it's worth, but the hotel does seem to be in good condition, except for one thing: the elevator is broken, and one of the residents mentioned that this is not the first time it's been broken. For this reason alone I'm glad I didn't get a top floor ”upgrade”. I would stay here again if only for the EV charging, saves time and hassle on a road trip to top the car off overnight on a drive from LA to the Bay Area.

This hotel has great location right by Target and 237. You buy groceries and other amenities there. Close by great America and the 49ers stadium. The rooms are spacious , clean and brand new. I like the lobby because they have TV for big gatherings and place to eat. Great common area.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is next to a busy street and had construction going on while we were there. This made it more challenging to enter and exit the hotel, but I feel the people and the nightly rate more than made up for it. This hotel is not your upper scale most modern Marriott accommodations by any means, but it fit my basic needs very well with a few above average expectations. Our room was clean and tidy. There wasn't much bathroom sink space in our King bed room, but it was fine for our short stay and just 2 of us. It was nice to have breakfast included. It may not have the biggest selection of items but it was sufficient for our needs and one thing that they did well was the food was always warm and cooked very well. Not overcooked, or undercooked, or dry. They were very attentive with keeping it stocked and warm. The hash brown potatoes were really good. One of the pleasant surprises of our stay was the staff. I cant say enough good things about the general manager Celestina Munoz and the weekend night desk lady Jackie. They both were very pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra pillows and Celestina immediately stopped what she was doing to go get us the pillows and some extra wash clothes. We didn't have to wait for someone to deliver them to our room and hoped they showed up. We arrived at breakfast one day close to when it was ending and she wanted to make sure there was enough for us to eat breakfast. Jackie was extremely nice and was very talented at the ”gift of gab”. LOL She enjoys talking to guests and getting to know them and offering whatever assistance she can offer. She took the time to ask what we did that day and if we had a good time and even offered us snacks when we came back to the hotel in the evening from a long tiring day. She's the type of person who always has a smile on her face and always happy and a kind heart willing to help others. Its easy to tell Celestina and Jackie both enjoy their work and enjoy people and life. They went above and beyond the call of duty compared to most hotel employees. They treated us like friends, not just guests in a hotel. In just a few short days it seemed like we became good friends. Sometimes there's more to a hotel stay than just the room and the bed your sleeping in and they made our stay at the San Jose Quality Inn a very pleasant enjoyable stay. It made some of the small less pleasant things meaningless. Before we checked out, i gave each of them small gifts of gratitude to let them know we appreciated them and everything they did for us during our stay. If we ever get to this area again, we will be sure and look them up. Thanks Celestina and Jackie for a pleasant stay. Keep up the good work.

PPengguna TetamuA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

JJakeWe had a lovely stay - the room was very spacious, the bed and bathroom clean, easy check-in/out process. It's conveniently located near a few restaurants and pubs, is busy enough in the area without it being too busy with cars, plenty in walking distance. We would definitely recommend - and stay again!

PPengguna TetamuI can’t say enough about this hotel it was a great stay I felt safe the place is super clean they’re constantly cleaning some thing or doing something in there you can see they’re constantly updating keeping things nice. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The staff and accommodations went above and beyond. Lots of families we’re staying and I didn’t hear any noise in my room. I will definitely be back. Don’t hesitate to stay here it will be very relaxing. Grocery store and shopping centers right across the street so everything was so convenient and the weather was beautiful the hotel is clean I can’t see enough. Just perfect Thank you Extended Stay Staff 👍👍

No matter how long and hard the day was what obstacle you had to go through you always were insured that you had a place to come home and rest safely that's how I felt it here at the Extended Stay I was insured by the place to be safe with the help of kind staff and workers helping me get through each day that I stayed I can't thank them enough and highly recommend that if you need a place to be or stay when you're in South San Jose especially around the covid era the Extended Stay North always had my back very professional clean healthy environment to fall back at the end of the day five star rating awesome hospitality friendly environment I can't thank you enough for your help I highly recommend this hotel to anybody I need of a place to stay
