照片跟實際稍有不符，舒適宿舍照片顯示有毛巾，實際沒有。另外，對房型的描述讓人一頭霧水。舒適宿舍，應該是四人間的一個床位而已，但這個房型的描述和照片會讓你誤認為那個是個單間，一個人包房的價格。實際這個房型跟下面的那個標準四人間是一樣的，衹是一個是床位價格，一個是包房價格。
衞生間在房間內，有浴缸，但這種宿舍型房間估計沒人用吧。洗澡時淋浴的水太小。

The locals mentioned the place was very dangerous before I walked in. I decided not to stay there after I booked. The surrounding area is not all that great either.

Great stay at this place. They staff was INCREBILY nice and helpful. They were very accommodating. The surrounding area is not that great but none of downtown San Jose. It was very close to the children's hospital. Great value for the money! My only compliant is I wish they would have had more of a breakfast selections. I was there for almost a week.

The property at first appears aesthetically clean in pictures, however the shower had poor water pressure, one of the beds had dirty sheets and we had to change it ourselves with 2 flat sheets, pool was not clean so we could not go in to enjoy it. No amenities such as soap, hand towels etc were provided. Staff however was very friendly, there is also a gated parking lot which made it really safe along with the police station across the street.

Property is okay; it needs some maintenance and lack of attention to details. The room was priced accordingly. The restaurant offers a limited menu and many of the options were not even available. The staff is super friendly.

The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order when we were there, but it looked like it would’ve been a nice thing to use. The room was very simple and it could have used a safe, but other than that it was quiet, comfortable, and the AC worked well.

I hate to say that I wont recommend this place but unfortunately thats the case. The prices for the rooms and conditions are fine but the prices for food and small extra services are too high.
Furthermore the neighborhood is not nice to walk in - it isnt safe at all. You can walk out during the day but I almost wouldnt recommend it alone, even then. And at night you should use an Uber (however I think thats common for most for SJ).
Please be aware that the neighborhood isnt safe before you book. If you are okay with this I can recommend it.
