White Water

不知道是不是淡季住的人少，給我安排了尾巴的房間，好像很久很久沒有人住過了，蓮蓬頭憑我一個女士完全打不開，前台聯繫了維修工人，壯碩的工人都需要用力擰開，工人表示今晚沒法給我修，就讓我去找前台協調，結果，前台消失，最後的辦法是，工人給我打開，我先解決洗澡問題，但是關蓮蓬頭就要聽天由命了😃還好還有一個同行的男性朋友，不然差點就要聽一晚上蓮蓬頭的水聲，中途聯繫了攜程，攜程還要請教我怎麼聯繫前台，呵呵，活生生折騰到半夜才睡，體驗感太差

怎麼説呢？價位還是有待改良吧

So I will start by saying that we have stayed at this hotel twice, so clearly I like it enough to stay there a second time. But this last time, I left feeling a bit angry for the price that we paid versus the experience that we got. I’ll start with what I like about it – the location is amazing. The morning basket of pastries, coffee, and mimosas is really lovely. The style of the hotel is somewhat trendy but nice. But the bad. So we stayed for two nights and with tax it was over $1300. And for over $600 a night, I definitely expect a certain level of experience that we did not get. First off, and most importantly, cleanliness. There were multiple hairs extremely visible in our bathroom – both the shower and the wall. This is gross and totally unacceptable. Secondly, the shower temperature was lukewarm. We took as fast of showers as we possibly could because we were cold. I think being able to have a proper shower is a minimum of what I would expect at any hotel. And finally, just attention to detail. They have some kind of “cute” amenities like pour over coffee in the room. Well, the sign was there to give us instructions, but we weren’t given any coffee. Additionally, when we arrived the first night, our fireplace was broken, and we had to call in the mechanic to fix it. So all in all, Moonstone Beach is beautiful. This place could be nice and it certainly seems like they are trying to be very Instagram worthy. But to be good, you have to get some basics like cleanliness and decent water temperature right in your rooms.

Beautiful beautiful place. Lovely lovely staff. Super snacks and drinks menu. Exquisite design and styling. Perfect location. Very tame ground squirrels a bonus. Loved it. The deli in town does a great sandwich for lunch. Walk to dining options limited - hop in the car. Thank You for a lovely stay

This little beach cottage was such an amazing getaway. Located directly across from Moonstone Beach, you can’t get closer to the sand. The staff was delightful and so helpful. They suggested places to visit while in Cambria as well as great restaurants to eat at. The breakfast basket in the morning is next level. Brought to your door at 7:30 in the morning you just bring it inside and enjoy or take it to the beach and have coffee and a bite on the sand. Definitely making this our must stay when in Cambria from now on.

Beautiful hotel looking out to the sea across moonstone beach. We were lucky enough to have one of the king rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms well appointed, modern and clean. Breakfast was an interesting affair provided in a basket. Drinks were great but one pastry each was a bit mean ! Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The main lounge area was a great space to have a drink and to enjoy the wonderful sunset

Not sure why our travel agent put us here but glad she did. It was just a one night stopover for us. The room was spacious with plenty of room to open all of our cases. It had everything we needed. The bathroom toiletries were upmarket & very nice. We just had time to stroll along the nearby board ward before the sun set. Evening snacks & wine are served in the reception area. We did a good sampling of both but whilst being excellent, they were pricey. The lodge was very quiet when we were there despite the carpark being quite full. Breakfast cake & coffee were delivered in a basket the next morning.

This place is incredible! The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in, and the bath products smelled incredible. We woke up early and saw the most beautiful sunrise over the ocean and boardwalk. The breakfast basket was such a treat, too. We can’t wait to come back!

This was by far the highlight of our trip thus far. The location is simply wonderful and the staff were so helpful. If you don't know this stretch of beach it is right by Hearst Castle and as such, makes a great stopover if you are visiting. That said, we would like to come back and stay for a few more days. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the sunsets are fantastic! Would 100% recommend this hotel
