Hotel dengan WiFi di Sanremo

Absolute disaster - hotel director cancelled our advanced booking right on the day of arrival. I was with my 7 year old daughter. He lied many times… about problems with water, while checking in a huge group of international tourists. He offered us to move to a much inferior hotel, where we had to pay more for parking etc. The worst thing was that we had to perform our music in this hotel, and staying in it was crucial for our visit from another country. I had a small daughter on my hands, who is a rising music talent (see our YouTube), and tons of equipment. I was paying the hotel booking fee, as well as car rental fuel etc. We simply would not come if it was not possible to stay in the same hotel where we were performing. We were doing the concert completely for free, in fact spending our money, because we were invited by our dearest musicians colleagues, who said the whole concert would be cancelled if we don’t come, meaning 40 respectful people deceived at the last moment… and 7 musicians who spent weeks preparing for the event. Absolutely horrible experience. Senior director had no decency even to say sorry, but kept lying to me in person, while accepting a big group into his hotel. He made his money… and later came coughing to our concert, complaining that we are scratching his floor with HIS grand piano, who we paid ourselves to tune…

We made a reservation several month prior our arrival to Sanremo. The selection was done based on the feedbacks on booking and also close location to city center and to the beach line. First impression was good, as the building is old and it was constructed as hotel back in 19th century. The air conditioning unit was not working and we have called 3 times to the reception until the technician came and fixed it. A/C is too noisy. Second issue is with WiFi connection in the room. The londra2 is visible from time to time on all devices that we have including iPads, iPhones and MacBook. londra5 WiFi is visible very rarely. Even when you connected to WiFi the internet doesn’t exist )))) signal is very poor and the connection drops very frequently. No chance to use WiFi at all. When I spoke to receptionist on the bad connection they claim they have internet. My argument that in the room we don’t have signal was not enough, and they claim that in corridor they have. So, I don’t leave in corridor, as I paid for the room. Another trick was with the wine bottle. When I asked for a wine opener the receptionist guided me to the pool bar. The guy on the pool bar told me that he can open a bootle for me for 10 Euro. Which was an absolute shock for me, as the argument was that hotel put a policy for them not to open wines for hotel customer that are not purchased at the hotel. But at the same time they want to charge you 10€ for this🤣🤣🤣. Hotel is old, not renovated and actually only wide rooms and clean territory compensate the mood. Still have a next 5 days in this hotel. Let’s hope that we won’t be surprised with new issues.

Su di una strada piuttosto trafficata, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicino al mare((Portosole)Poco parcheggio.Entrata e piano terra scenografici con fiori e portacandele.Accoglienza cortese.Camera superior luminosa e spaziosa,dotata dei principali comfort.Un po 'anonima per mancanza di colore e di personalita'.Qualche infisso da mettere a posto.Buona colazione a buffet,abbondante e soddisfacente,in un bel salone.Tavoli ben apparecchiati,fiori,stoviglie di qualita'.Prezzo adeguato per Sanremo.Apprezzabile il check out alle ore 12.Un buon soggiorno

才走進房間，黑乎乎以為光線差，拉開窗簾一看很興奮，原來是一間看得見風景的房間。被教堂和好看的房屋圍繞的後院，種着仙人掌和檸檬樹，打開窗，清香撲面。早晨還有教堂八點鐘的鐘聲叫早！ 室內非常整潔，氣味清新，房間不算小，還有桌椅供小憩，浴室的內像新的擦得發亮。燈光明亮。 地理位置處於小城繁華地帶，門前的街各種品牌，很好逛。出門右轉幾步路就是東正教教堂，過街就是海濱大道；出門左轉去老城區松果區觀景台看日落也很方便，或者去海邊碼頭看船。 交通：坐大巴車到達更近更方便。火車站略遠，不過穿巷子走近路也可以步行到達，注意入口離站台較遠，早點走到站台等車更從容。 附近巷子餐館特別多，價格也算實惠，薄餅pizza很美味。風景優美、很有風情的小城，還有街頭音樂表演值得觀賞。

Bonjour, ça fait plusieurs fois que que vais dans cet hôtel et c'est toujours le top la piscine extérieure, le spa vraiment bien et j'y retournerais certainement, je conseille pour un week-end romantique

Ottimo albergo, lontano dal caos del lungomare e dei locali. Con l’automobile si arriva in pochissimi minuti all’autostrada o al centro di Sanremo. Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Da notare il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. L’unico neo è rappresentato dalla temperatura dell’acqua della doccia, non abbastanza calda.

Buona soluzione per visitare Sanremo o per utilizzare l'hotel come tappa intermedia per viaggi in Provenza. Posizione centrale e tranquilla, prezzo onesto e conveniente. Atmosfera piuttosto impersonale in palazzo non modernissimo ma pulito e ordinato, ingresso gestito da remoto con codice pin, in comunicazione con proprietario pronto e disponibile. Camere troppo fredde d'inverno.

We kind of got a bad feeling from arrival at the Hotel when we were told they don’t provide assistance with luggage, 16 stairs to climb with luggage was not a good start while the two front office staff sat behind the counter offering no assistance or help. This was followed by a issue in regards to beach access, the hotel web site states beach access courtesy of Hotel, be but we were informed they charge 45 EUR a day, the young girl girl working at the reception told us this is alway a problem with guests and the hotel should update its website. In the end we walked across the road to the club to find they only charge 22 EUR a day for two sun beds and an umbrella, it seems the hotel puts a 100% mark up on the price they charge. In the end we walked 300 meters along the beach and found a great beach club charging 14 EUR for two guests and spent our week there with a better beach and great restaurant and bar for lunch. Rooms are good size and bright but the hotel is poorly managed with staff not providing any levels of service. Breakfast is poor and impossible to get coffee. HK vacuuming corridors outside guest rooms late at night, all showing little management of the hotel. There are better options including Hotels with pools that we will book for our next visit to beautiful Sanremo.
