Good location at water front and closed to Harbour Mall. Buffet breakfast was good but restaurant at Annex Building. Wellcome drink was refreshing.

We were here for one night before beginning an eco tour. Hotel is centrally located and close to some shops and restaurants, as well as the water front. The room amenities were basic, but in fine condition. It was a bit dusty in the room but otherwise clean. Soundproofing was not great, and it is quite close to the main road, so highly recommend ear plugs or headphones. Service was friendly and efficient. For the price and location, it's good for a night before or after a trip.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and though the decor a bit unusual, It was a safe place to stay and all staff were very friendly, and the gym was average, but overall a good stay. Thankyou

Great location, right in front of the mall and close to the sea. Everything is within reach. My only complaints are that there weren't enough tissues in the room and one of the showers in the bathroom wasn't working.

The hotel is clean, quiet and located just right in front of Harbour Mall and within walking distance to San Da Gen Kopitiam which is viral for its UFO Tart.

Slow internet or non existent in the room. Loud works in the hotel which wake you up. Not worth the price!!

The girl who is incharge of the frontdesk is really unfair we arrived at 12pm, but she insisted that 2pm is the check in time but we really understand that. However the other client who arrive on 12pm they allowed to check in it as soo as possible.
